The message for all … it may be challenging and difficult for parents and carers at this time, but cling on to magic and success like these. Wonderful, resilient children true 'Heroes at Home.
The Hamlet is a small charity based in Norwich that supports over 300 families living with disabilities and complex needs. Their family support service has never been so busy as it is now. Support its services by donating and help the children like the 21 in this film to continue to access all the charity has to offer.
