It's true, i once went to a restaurant for some chinese food, the waiter walked around our table several times asking if the food was well cooked or if we needed help on how to eat the correct way besides other small talk, my dad was very annoyed and gave the waiter a death stare for good, and we never went back again.

It happens a lot to me at Dennys and its annoying. Dude brings you your food and keeps chatting and youre just sitting there waiting to start eating.

Not always. I try not to blame the waiter/waitress. There are times when they don't take the order down right, but I know a lot of things happen which are simply beyond their control. The only time I usually get frustrated specifically at a waiter/waitress is when they don't care about the job they are doing. If they could care less for me the customer, that will frustrate me. Other then that, I try not to blame them for too much for I know a lot of the time (esp regarding the food) it is completely out of their control. Still I realize a lot of people do take it all out of the waitstaff, so I am not trying to argue, just saying there are some who don't automatically attack the waitstaff.

My boss is like that. She pulled some chicken out of her deep freezer two days (but this sort of thing is the norm). It looked to have about half an inch of ice around each drum. I asked if was still okay. The question was met the typical reply. “YES. It’s a deep freezer. Meat can last a year in there.” Of course, I wasn’t really asking about the safety of eating it. I was asking about the quality. I realize home cooking isn’t the same as at a restaurant and sometimes you just gotta freeze stuff. But why so long guys? Don’t you want to enjoy your food at all?
