Setting up a crude fuel injector test station! See stuff, smell stuff, clean, and so much more! VPT

Needed to make sure I had a good set of working injectors to put into the shop truck. also wanted to put together a closely matched set of injectors. Plus get to see if any leak, how they flow, if they even work, plus get to clean them in the process!

I was thinking of building one of these but for only a single injector. That 4 banger looks like a nicer setup for balancing injectors.

I thought about a single shot and they are available for sale cheap. But I had this stuff on hand so thats the way I went plus yes it is nice to see the balance.

Pretty cool test. Probably something I would never need ( and if I did I would bother you firsthand), but I can see the use for diagnostics. A little refinement and it would be a little more user friendly.

Cool how you have a fuel rail with a psi return regular thingie.

Makes me wonder if you have to use a specific psi pump and regulator to diagnose fuel leaks etc.

@@texcali3043 The pump should matter much as long as it can supply up to 60psi with the injectors open. Most vehicles only have 30-40 psi in the rails with the motor at idle.
