Yeah, that's a huge selling point. The lots are 100' wide... not your typical new home community. The lady at this community has all the details and current incentives.

This is in magnolia, tx. Its at least an hour north of houston and about 45 min away from the woodlands. Most roads are 2 lane. Go advertise another area. Magnolia has halted any new building leases due to the explosion of home builders and not enough water infrastructure

This is the type of neighborhood I’m looking for but not in Magnolia. If anybody knows of any other subdivisions near the Houston area that’s more diverse let me know.
Closer to Houston, it's doubtful you find these lot sizes and RV garage options. If you do, they'll be at one million dollars.

That's not true. Don't listen to the negative media. Homes are generally selling if the price is right and marketed well. 4 doors from us, their home sold in ONE day.

Magnolia has a 1.66% tax rate but then you may have MUD or other taxes on top of that

It's in Magnolia Texas and not a realistic place to live in if you work in Houston and have to commute multiple times in a week. For that price and location these homes are small with largest at 2,337 sqf and are still over priced. Beazer needs to redesign it's additional bedroom's tiny closets and narrow tubs, showers and all interior door ways. All homes should be built so one can retire in them like they use to. Take a look at over 55 home communites that's how all homes use to be built and should still be now but are not. Even the ac furnace is downstairs in a closet not in the attic, hot water heater or gas heater is in garage with side backdoor to outside, wide door ways by today standards but not in the past on all doors that walkers can move through easily, the master shower has no step in one could easily shuffle in or roll in a chair if needed, all of this and more to make life and maintenance easier on the owner. Those are features that should be standard in every home not just on homes priced 1 million and up or in the 55 and up communities.

HOA. No thanks. I don’t see acreage here. Half is not acreage. Clickbait. Apparently some don’t know what an acre looks like. Also $400s is not the same as $440s nor $480s. Stop the madness. Customers get aggravated when they see from the $500s but in fact they are $590k. Give me a break. All the fake advertising takes away the good in those houses.
