Hi Kyle. It's definitely a movement that has gained some traction in the last couple of years. But I don't think it's a mainstream thing yet... it's still somewhat of a niche thing, but there are a lot of instructors and people running workshops and retreats related to ice immersion. I do ice baths all year round... in summer it's easy. In winter it's a lot more rewarding. I'm live in Melbourne so it doesn't get below 0 degrees outside. But i think outside temperature doesn't really matter, it's really all about the coldness of the ice bath.
