It is special type of anomaly named "teleport". There are several of them in the game (I remember at least 4 more), so feel free to explore them =)
you can access this more easily by going into the 100 rads bar and exiting out the back door to the right of barman
Great video! The music made it fun to watch. One note, you could cut the extra seconds off after you “get to the point” in a sense ( can’t think of another way to phrase it) . But yeah i like your style
