      Not in my view too for at least the next 5 years ..but it will be in the list for the next 10 years

    If tellapur really appreciates, then definitely kollur will follow closely.
    There should not be 10 per cent difference between kollur and tellapur in 2 to 3 years.

    111go lifting will also affect tellapur, same as kollur, right??
    Because kollur is outside orr and tellapur is inside.

      No. tellapur is close to Financial district and existing city. I expect no impact

      Kollur is just an extension of tellapur right.

      @reddyvmanish if the railways over the bridge gets finished, then it will be similar to kollur. But little less primium than kollur.

    What about Tellapur? Are we going to see significant price appreciation?

      Yes sure before 2028..as of now it already touched more than Rs 7700 as base price
