Mokila will depend on GO69 guidelines, as in between Mokila and Neopolis, there is a lot of GO111 land. Seeing the recent bid numbers, the prices might have already increased. But still, it is a good place for villas rather than apartments. In Kollur itself, you are getting 5000 per sqft. How low can Mokila apartments go to justify the price? The ones in Kollur are only not selling.
