All employees should pressurize their respective companies to provide remote working (WFH) option or else to switch/leave the job. This should be done by large united group of employees working in their respective teams/departments to take proper effect. Hyderabad real estate sector is overheated. Don't buy/rent here.
Come to Andhra, a water rich state in India.. we are constructing Amaravati, vijag Bhogapuram, Kris city, Tirupati smart City and we have three international Airport 7 regional airport, 4 seaports. 4 expressways 2 industrial corridor and 1 Economic corridor. Premier Indian institutes, PCPIR region , heavy industries like Vijag steel plant, KIA, hero motor corp, BEL etc..

When it is built initially itself, they would have probably bought it for more than 2 crore .. 3 to 5 years back… that time sqft was 7000 to 8000 in this area… now it will be at least 14000 per sqft
