I want to know from your expertise on leads where we have mortgage flats by tier 1,2 apartment developers in Tellapur, Puppalaguda, Kollur etc areas. I saw your video on Aparna Zenon opening their inventory, want to know similar options to explore
Good price appreciation will happen in this area gopanapalli,tellapur,Osman nagar,velimela,patighanpur and rajendera nagar(budwel).can plsz list out projects in this area in comments session..
Try to make videos on Commercial properties too
Velimela, Kollur, pati are Highly unlikely to see price appreciation, reason many small pockets of lands in small players hands which will not attract tier 1 developers, not even Aparna has bought lands there.
Osman Nagar, Tellapur are good options.

I reall dont understand people who say its over, real estate is gone. Like what are you even talking about? Hyderabad is one of the best cities in india. There are projections that it'll be a megacity (10M+). People are increasing and Hyderabad is expanding. How will the prices fall? In 20 years people will be weeping, thinking we shouldve gotten atleast 100 sq yds. We all legit witnessed its growth, how can you so think it'll fall. Just bcz you and i can't afford it doesnt mean rich can't. In kondapur people stay for 70 per month for a flat. + 12k maintainance. We dont know how rich people are. They will keep investing and be multi millionaires. And you just keep watching and trolling. For the love of god invest in some land, dont let your kids have the same lifestyle as you.
Why to invest in land which can be occupied by gundaas
Why you can't see anything outside west Hyderabad, this really surprises me.
Which areas in other parts of Hyderabad has potential to beat these places ... please let us know and we would cover for sure 🙏
@hyderabadnow if you are doing videos for rich then your list is good but rich won't watch
But If you are doing videos for middle class then west is not the place.
Hyderabad means not just west, people like me 1 job in family can't afford in west
West is like popcorn in multiplex, even if kid ask parents like me just watch can't afford as it's heavy on pocket.
Please explore rest of the areas or try to fetch affordable areas like patanchervu, isnapur, mallampet, dindigul or in South or in North
If you talk about growth yes these areas are good, if you are talking return on investment Narsingi, Kollur, Kokapet, puppalaguda are all very very bad.
For return on investment LB Nagar would see next price appreciation, infrastructure is good, new metro announcements make it accessible to all prime city areas accessible.

Bro can you please suggest which area is good to buy a flat(standard alone is also fine)with in 60 to 70 lakhs near to hi-tech City and financial district

Better to buy KPHB, from forum Mall to cyber towers just only 5 kms.
Already developed and you will get all malls, schools, metro, mmts and hospitals.
Tellapur and kollur too far from hi-tech City minimum 20 kms from there.
Miyapur to bollaram road, equi distance from financial district and hi tech city.
