    It’s funny why everybody is just talking about land value in 111 GO. THE MAIN HINDRANCE TO TAKE A BIG PROJECT ON LANDS, WHICH ARE ON 111 GO WILL BE THE LACK OF INFRASTRUCTURE. Developing new 100 feet roads, drainage systems, water pipelines, electrical sub stations, sewage treatment plants, all takes time. It’s not easy for things to expand at a rapid pace as the rest of the city is witnessing. In fact, the state doesn’t have the budget to do so.

      Most of the areas gor developed in this fashion only, people started living and then govt started providing basic facilities. Also the real estate of hyd is not inflated by end users but by investors having a huge pool of black money. I am 100 pct sure they will definitely be impacted because of this.

      You basically lack the economics understanding.. prices will correct simply cuz there is many fold less demand compared to supply already

    • @ASK2nine
      @ASK2nine ปีที่แล้ว

      @@InderpreetSinghMarwaha yes if you were to copy/ paste a definition but practically, infrastructure development takes time. Gachibowli took 25 years to be what it is today. Even if you consider current pace to be much faster, it would take more than a decade to develop public infrastructure to justify rising prices/ expectations in 111go lands.

      @@ASK2nine You’re correct that infrastructure development takes time. However, apartment prices even in far outskirts of Hyderabad are much higher than other cities. Localities like Tellapur, Kokapet doesn’t even have social infrastructure still flat prices are too high. Real estate in Hyderabad is definitely going to be stagnant for sometime.

  • @contacttoakhil
    @contacttoakhil ปีที่แล้ว +2

    The real estate of hyd is inflated because of huge pool of black money by investors and I am pretty sure it would bring a wave of panic and prices would get corrected eventually. FOMO should not deive thw buying decision any longer as more than 50k+ units would already be available in nwxt few years for sale. There is already a panic in villa market sale as I can notice price correction already.

    Kokapet and Tellapur are already over priced..!!
    Myhome is selling apartments for 7K per sft, and we need uber to reach that apartment and travel 5-7 km to get groceries.
    And myhome got that land for 2-3k per sqy long time ago, imagine their profits on these projects..!!!
    Still people are buying from them because they are crushing all the small builders..!!

      KCR government dont consider anyones permissins. Just like how he did not even took permssions from environmental department while constructing Kaleshwaram ettipotala padakam. Here also it will be same. After removing all the permissions and everything, people will get effected because of these decisions.
