Hi Amy!! I found your channel just a few days ago after hearing consistent confirmation to prepare for the upcoming months. I know God provides but he also will give us time to prepare so here I am. I just started to get into herbs and living a more sustainable life. Your videos have been amazing!! My husband and I live in an apartment and I am planning to get a container garden together on our balcony. Thank you so much for your obedience in sharing what you know!

Thank you for the warning about the elderberry fruit and flowers. I might have used a tincture without that warning. I also appreciate the mentions on those herbs that shouldn't be used if you're in chemo. I only have a couple months left, so getting to the end of the treatment... but I still have to keep a close eye on what I take and consume.
I appreciate the depth of information you gave and how you presented it. You've earned a sub from me.

Thank you for this very informative video! I had a question and concern though about mullein. You stated there was no known reported side effects. I’ve read that mullein has toxic properties and the only usable parts are the leaves externally and flowers internally. I also know mullein contains coumarin which is toxic to the liver and cancer causing in higher doses. I haven’t been able to find anywhere about the amount it may contain. Do you have any information on any of this? Thank you!

Short story... my son has 17 allergies (13 of them are food), enlarged heart, and is on standby for his second heart surgery (they have to wait until it’s life threatening to preform), in the mean time my sons heart is 25 years old in his 10 year old body from working so hard and only 80% functioning tissue. I have 4 sons ages 19-10. He is my youngest. To wrap this up, I just loved your forward in your book! I’m done waiting for the doctor only be there in emergency. My baby has been on a journey. Even if I can just work on his allergies it’s will be life changing. Until we found out he has allergies I thought all his symptoms were his heart issues. I have to keep him off his left arm when he is sleeping otherwise he get SSSOOOO much congestion when he sleeps on his left arm. He is on 3 daily allergies medicine and 2 inhalers and sometimes steroids when he gets sick. Which is often. I am thankful that I’ve found your book and your channel.

Amy, Will elderberry syrup freeze and maintain its medicinal properties? Way too much for 2 of us within a 6mo time frame. Also, do you think astragalus would be an issue with someone with autoimmune disease but not on meds? I tried ashwaganda and could not tolerate. I have 5 different autoimmune diseases. Also, research says they could possibly flare up a covid infection with cytokine storm. I do supplement with glutithione.

Please start a herbal company. I will buy from you. My son's and I have chronic lyme. I know many people who would buy from you.

Ye, you know, sometimes our bodies are so intoxicated by the way we eat, our junk food life-style, when we do decide to go into the herb direction, we first need to detox. It is extremely important to first detox before you take in any herbs. First six weeks on 8 glasses of water per day. Then you do a colon cleanse. After that you do the green smoothie organ cleanse.
Then you can start with herbs.

This is completely false information and has nothing to do with the absorption of herbs into your body.
