    Video is mostly well done, trying to explain a complex subject in common terms which could be understood by general public.
    For those who look for some precision I thought of adding few additional points
    There is a difference between triangulation and trilateration:
    Imagine you are sailing in the middle of the ocean. At a far distance you see three vague dim light sources from different directions (possibly from three islands). The color of the light says which three islands they are emitted from and you know their location on earth, however you still do not know where you are or how close you are to these islands.
    Now by taking the ANGLE between a fixed direction (e.g. your heading) and the direction in which you receive the light source you could determine in which direction you are heading with respect to the light source. If you have two sources of light on the sea you can clearly determine your direction (assuming you are only floating on the surface). If it is a plane you would need three direction as you can also move up or down. This is why it is called Tri ANGULATION : Determine your angles (HEADING...) with respect to the reference. Note: How about if the three islands are aligned in a straight line? you can ponder on this!!
    GNSS (like NavIC, GPS...) works not based on tringulation but trilateration.
    Difference is that instead of the color of the light source telling which island they are emitted from, they also tell the DISTANCE between you and them. This will reduce the possibility of your positioning within the circle (in two dimension space - on a sea, forgetting the curvature of the earth, or not taking the possibility that you are not in a submarine) or a sphere in a (three dimensional space, e.g. on air, or deep space), with the radius being the distance you came to know between you and the island. If you have three such sources telling you the DISTANCE you can know your position accurately in space.
    Since this DISTANCE based positioning is termed as Tri LATERATION.
    ======
    Now just to complicate things, imagine the light source can't tell you the distance but only tell you the time at which the light PULSE was emitted. You know the light travels with fixed speed (as per our known applicable laws). If you have a clock which has the same time reference as the emitting island, by knowing the time taken for the pulse to reach from the island to you, and by knowing the speed of the light pulse, you can calculate the distance to the island. In the approach, you must know the clocks of the three islands or they shall be running on the same time reference, otherwise you can not measure the time taken for the pulse to reach you. Most cases the time reference of the island is still not precisely known to the sailing ship, but you know that the three islands have the same time reference, and belong to the same country.
    So to solve the fourth unknown time, apart from the three space position (x,y,z), we need four known information (i.e. four known landmarks)
    ======
    The islands are the satellites, light sources are the radio signals they transmit, color of the light is the identifier of the satellite transmitted within the signal, satellites also tell their position in space with respect to earth, ship is you trying to find your position.
    Not sure I am clear here. If you have questions happy to see if i can improve my explanation or learn to improve myself. Thank you.

    They say with satellites of america can zoom in to see a lifted hands Time on a hand watch of a person on road. When we can see an entire area of subcontinent and asia like that, then thats a real achievement.
    America commercialised available satellite imagery up to 25 cm resolution. Can we provide more than that level of zoom to our Armed forces from sky on all sides to monitor Asia & gather intelligence.

    It was IRNSS 1H which ISRO failed to deployed in orbit.. IRNSS 1G is successful mission.. 1H is failure.. why U people start providing wrong information.. who is editor??? & IRNSS IH was launched in August 2017 which fails.. not in Aug 2016..
    25:05 and ironically Even director of space foundation didn't know exactly what's going on.. 😂
