Hollywood Is Buying His A.I. Generated Film Pitches

Dave Clark isn’t Steven Spielberg, but he’s a filmmaker with tons of creative ideas to show to Hollywood producers. Instead of pitching them without a visual aid or with one slapped together from other people’s work, he’s using artificial intelligence tools to visualize his script and bring his visions to life.
In one of his AI-generated sizzle reels, he cast himself as a lawyer who goes back in time to defend his own father from allegations stemming from him whistling at a white woman. AI has elevated his pitching process and gotten his short films worldwide attention in ways that, he tells host Dan Shipper, weren’t possible just a few years ago.

AI is a wonderful tool for filmmakers and storytellers! Particularly for writers. You have an idea and minutes later it’s visualized! I’m working on an trailer for an action horror script I wrote a while back. As I started generating images it came to my realization that I could actually tell the entire story with images and sound! I might just do that!
