i absolutely loved this work out!!! I recently injured my wrists (nothing horrible or permanent just a minor thing that will heal on its own but with time) and unfortunately have been unable to do your weight workouts or any kind of planks and it’s been difficult because i absolute love doing all your workouts but this was a perfect all standing cardio workout! thank you!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤ I loved this format too! i did find it easier for my body to just move to a march during our rests!
Loved this!!! When I first saw on the monthly calendar another 25 minute workout, I felt disheartened and the words that went through my head were ‘oh no, not just 25 minutes again’……..oh boy! 25 minutes of absolute perfection. Elevated heart rate, muscle movement and toning. Feel awake, happy and ready to take on the day 💪🏼 definitely one for my favourite workouts 👌🏽
I don’t usually enjoy the aerobics on the beat workouts because I am off to not coordinated enough to get the beat down or remember the steps but this one really really was fun. Thank you so much.
YES! Love this. I didn't think I could do this today after Day 1. I love the intervals and the levels you encourage everyone to work at their own pace. I hate getting back into lifting/cardio and feeling like I've been hit by a bus the next day. This was great.

Loved this cardio routine. No problem doing it straight thru. I needed an easy day after heavy weights yesterday. This was perfect.. No squats as they give me a problem. So I loved it and will do it again!

I started out really not liking this and feeling like I was slogging through mud. However, as I got into it, time passed SUPER quick and I ended up really liking it. Thank you for the variety and your positive energy all the time!

I love the variations of your classes. I wouldn't want to do this every day but it's nice even once a week. I added 2lb hand weights for most of the sprint moves since I don't jump. Makes the hr soar.
I absolutely LOVED this workout! I enjoyed the continuous movement and love doing SIT moves as well. Having a shuffle and some punches iced the cake! lol This is definitely one of my top favorite workouts! 😍
Love it! Woke up with slight DOMS this morning from the day 1 workout 😅 so was pleasantly surprised to see cardio, and despite it being only 25 minutes, I'm as sweaty as I get from a 45-minute run, without feeling exhausted. Made me realise that my coordination and pelvic floor need a bit of work though 🤭
Really enjoyed this all standing workout and continuous flow without stopping. Great to visit some older aerobics moves like grapevine. More workouts to music please. The cowboy theme was great fun.
This was a good one. Actually I like all of your wourkouts. I like the variations you provide, bacause that keeps me showing up. sometimes aerobic, sometimes Shred with heavy weigths, never boring.
