    The aspect of your videos I appreciate most is the systematic way you identify form cues and demonstrate improper form at all extremes, either side by side or in montage. I also appreciate that you take the time to film from the best angle for each cue. Thank you very much!
    I don't really care about background music, sales talk, etc. It mostly just makes the video longer. But I understand that you'd like more people to watch the videos that you work on.

    Is it a requirement to be able to do push ups before doing dips?

      Hi, it’s not a requirement but it’s always great to have some basic strength in push ups first before you attempt to do negatives 💪🏻

    finally started doing dips so I had to check your video, I knew you have one for it. I dont have dip bars so I am using 2 chairs. is that ok ?

    I'm new to dips but I feel it a lot in my upper back just end the position of step 1. Is that because I have to get strong enough in that position first? Like stabilization?

      Try doing assisted dips, your upper back will get used to the tension throughout the movement!

    Hey man, great video. Just one question. Is it normal for the collarbone to pop during dips. Like how elbows sometimes make a popping sound during push up. Although it does not cause any discomfort right now, I just want to know if it’s ok long term.

      Hi there! Though it is not painful now but we will never know if it will be a problem in near future. Perhaps seeking for medical advice would help. Does it pop every rep, or only the first few sets? Normally the sound will be gone once we are warm enough :)
