✨食材：300克猪肉，蒜末，姜丝，2勺酱油，
1勺黑酱油，少许水淀粉
😍腌制肉：2勺酱油，少许胡椒粉，1勺木薯淀粉，一勺料酒
🍳做法：
1️⃣猪肉切片加2勺酱油，少许胡椒粉，1勺木薯淀粉和一勺料酒腌制，姜切丝
2️⃣热锅下少许油，放入姜丝爆香至姜微干取出备用
3️⃣留下底油，把蒜末倒入爆香，加入肉片翻炒，加一小碗清水后加入2勺酱油，1勺黑酱油
4️⃣放入肉片煮一两分钟至全熟即可，加水淀粉勾芡就可以出锅啦

😍 Marinated meat: 2 spoons of soy sauce, a little pepper, 1 spoon of tapioca starch, 1 spoon of cooking wine
🍳How to:
1️⃣Pork slices, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a little pepper, 1 tablespoon of tapioca starch and 1 table spoon of cooking wine for marinating, and shredded ginger
2️⃣ Heat a little oil in the pan, add the ginger and sauté until the ginger is slightly dry, take it out and set aside
3️⃣Leave the base oil, pour the minced garlic into sauté, add the meat slices and stir fry, add a small bowl of water and then add 2 spoons of soy sauce and 1 spoon of dark soy sauce
4️⃣ Put the meat slices and cook for a minute or two until they are fully cooked. Add water and starch to thicken and it will be out of the pot.
