Omg I finally got results! I’ve been doing this stretch plus Anna’s other backbend stretches and omg…my back has a BIG CHANGE. I felt the change immediately, it scared me at first😂😂 It’s my 6th day following Anna’s back stretching routines btw! I showed my mom, and she said my back bend kick over looks so pretty now. The funny thing is, I was gonna skip todays routine but I didn’t and this happened! Guys stick with it, don’t give up! I’m gonna keep doing her routines now that I know I’m getting results! ❤❤

Anna you have made me so flexible and I now can do a teardrop when I used to only be able to do a very far apart back bend. I can also do a scorpion, chest stand, tilt back handspring and so much more. You are amazing!!!! TYSM!!!! This took me only about a month so this is very helpful. Anna, is there any stretches to stretch your stomach? Because I feel like since my stomach is so tight, it makes it less possible to do back stretches. For example, when I do a seal stretch, my stomach hurts when it stretches out making it less possible to lean back further. If there are any stomach stretches please make a video for that

It's been a month unfortunately I have not gotten my backbend from doing this routine constantly everyday but I do know I am as stiff as a stick so I am not giving up! 🎉

a few weeks ago I couldn't even do a backbend because my back wasnt flexible at all so I did this one time and was able to do a backbend from laying down, now I can do a backbend from sitting up and I want to keep improving! Thanks Anna!❤
I’ve never had great back flexibility so I am going to try this routine for 31 days! (Hopefully I remember) Day 1: ✅ It went very well, something I hope to be able to do after a month is the more advanced variation of the knee backbend, but overall feeling great! Day 2: ✅ I think I might have gotten a little deeper into the first variation of the knee backbend, and the bow pose is still tricky. I was a little sore today, but it could be from dance or another workout I did yesterday. Day 3: ✅ It went great! I had dance last night and so far obviously I didn’t see any improvement, but I’ll see over the next few weeks! Day 4: ✅ I don’t see any huge improvements yet (as expected), but each day I am improving that knee backbend! Day 5: ✅ Went great! Still improving the knee backbend! Soon I think I’ll be able to do the harder variation!
Day one❤: im already quite flexible in my back so this was quite easy in the flexibility region but the first stretch my arms were burning and i had to stop at rep 6 Day 2❤: very saw today from yesterday but was able to do all stretches a tiny bit further but my arms were still burning like heck but was able to go to rep 8 on the first stretch! But could not do bow pose due to my back from the first day. Day 3❤: not as saw as day 2 but at the start was a bit saw, was able to do all reps of first stretch! I just had to pause the video for a 2-3 min break before next stretch and was able to do bow pose for the full time. Day 4❤: way less saw as day 2-3 and was only able to do 9 reps for first stretch but was able to feel less stretching in my bad leg when doing the standing pike while swaying Day 5❤:barely saw at all, and was able to do all reps even after a bike ride for two hours 🎉 and found the bow pose hard because of sunscreen on my legs 😂 but was able to hold it the whole time as well as doing the knee back bend i found putting yoga blocks flat on the ground on a wall then going into the knee back bend and pushing my back further with the yoga blocks with my hands helped a lot!❤ Day 6❤: tiny bit saw but was able to do all reps for first pose and full time for bow pose❤ Day 7❤️: had to take a 4 day break because of going to the hospital for some health issues but im back a little less capable of doing the first stretch but got to 5 reps
