I do an hour of your stretches every day and even in a couple of days I felt a huge improvement.For anyone trying to get flexible I recommend doing lots of different routines but not all at once try and spread them out throughout your day.👍

READ THIS IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF ANNA’S STRETCHES I’m 16 yo, 5’9”, use this as a reference. I have been trying to get my splits for 10 years even, always coming close than somehow popping back up even if I had been stretching. I tried stretch coaches, PT, yoga, Pilates’s pretty much anything you can think of and nothing worked. I had gotten to the point that I truly believed I’d never be flexible, and at the time I had been growing near constantly for almost 6 years. A few months ago, a friend recommended this video, and obviously, I was skeptical, but who doesn’t like a nice night routine so I tried. Today, it has been exactly two months since starting the routine, and I’m all the way down on one side! I cried I was so relieved! So, thank you Anna for the realistic expectations and top notch coaching, your stretches have been a blessing to me! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY OF HER VIDEOS BUT THIS ONE ESPECIALLY!
Yeah guys ❤️ So I just started this routine yesterday 😃 Day 1:- I was able to do all the stretches and completed. For some exercise I was able to do the modified version. Day 2:- It was just like yesterday, but somehow I felt very relieved after doing this exercise ❤️👍🏻 Day 3:- It's going smoother ❤️ Day 4:- Nothing improved, But keep going Day 5 :- I was really tired 😩 today but I didn't skipped this routine. Honestly, after doing these stretches I felt very relaxed 😌👍🏻 Day 6:- Don't know why, but bow pose seemed very hard today 😐💔. Hope I will make it soon 😊 Day 7:- I had fever 🤒 today and I couldn't make it best . But I will try my best👍🏻😊 Day 8:- literally I skipped due to my intense fever 🤒 Day9 :- again skipped , cause I'm not recovered completely 🙂 Day10 :- So guy's 🤗 after my two days break I re started my stretches. Luckily it wasn't bad as I thought, it was smooth enough ❤️ Day 11:- it's going well😄💞 Actually guys I had been following this routine but I forgot to edit it in the comments. Today one of the comment reminded me of this 😀 . A month has passed and I can thankfully say that this routine helped me a lot . I've done this video every night for 5 nights now, and I'm already noticing a difference. I have almost no flexibility but it's definitely increasing, and the back stretches are just so nice at the end of a long day at work. Really relaxes me for bed! I'd love to see an updated version of this video at some point in the future.

as a dancer, I absolutely hate stretching and have just avoided it for years! none of my dance teachers ever prioritized it so I never did but now I find myself falling behind and no move looks good with me doing it because of that lack of flexibility. im determined to make this commitment by starting my day with stretching and ending every night with it too to hopefully see a change and make my dance life easier 😂

I’ve been using this stretch routine since April 2022 and I am now really flexible lol😂 Also at the start of the year I was only flexible on my left leg but now I can do right split and a pretty high right leg mount! Tyssm Anna for this stretch routine it has helped me so so much ✨💓

i've been doing this every night for 5 days and i finally could get my right leg behind my head in the 8:50 exercise, it's not touching the ground like anna so i'll keep going :)
I love this routine so much! I'm a dancer and I try to do this routine everyday along with others. When I get back so late from dance it at least makes me feel good to always do this stretch. Usually, I do 1 of her warmup stretches, 1 of her back stretches, 1 of her leg stretches, this stretch, and if I have time I do extra. I can't wait for summer when I can stretch a lot. I try to do at least 45 min of stretching outside of my dance and gymnastics classes, but when I can't I at least know I can get through this one. Its super relaxing!

@@cutee9715 You should only be feeling a bit uncomfortable at most, if you are feeling pain then you are pushing yourself too far. Just take it easy and relax into the stretches and over time you will become more flexible :)

For 20+ years I've never practiced my flexibility so I've been struggling as an adult beginner (ice skating). Finding this channel motivates me to improve. It's not impossible! Thank you Anna 💞 So here goes: Day 1: good start! i realised that my back bend flexibility is very bad but at least I know! Adding anna back flexibility to my playlist. Day 2: still struggling to do bow pose and seal pose but I feel good 👍 Day 3: i feel small improvement Day 4: i'm not feeling very well today and almost skipped this! Thank God I didn't, proud of myself :) Day 5: it went okay! Day 6-7: it's been a hectic few days and i've been working overtime until past midnight Day 8: I manage to do this in the afternoon. Some moves I notice I actually did better. (Will edit as I go)
So I just started this routine tonight 😃 Day 1:- I was able to a quarter of the stretches and I felt a pretty good stretch in them all but I could definitely improve for tomorrow. Day 2:- I felt super tiered but pushed myself to do it, It was a bit easier than yesturday though when I had to lift my leg up as high as I could I really hurt my leg somehow! hopefully im better for tomorrow! + Day 3:- I wasn't as tiered as yesterday because I went for a walk from 6:00-7:30 -I'll finish this tomorrow-

So I’ve now been doing this for 10 days and I already feel much better. Today is day 11 and I breezed through it pretty fast but anyways I’m going to update you every day of how it’s working. So before these stretches I couldn’t touch my left foot now I can and I can now touch my toes literally thanks a lot Anna this is super helpful

I'm not the best with consistency but I did this routine for a while, and it worked fantastic. I'm not very flexible but I am a pretty hardcore ballet dancer, and I think coming back to this will really boost my confidence with the other rubbery girls in my ballet class.😊

Hey guys! 💖 I'm starting this routine today and I'll try my best to complete this and update here every day. Day 1: I was able to pull off all the stretches. I managed to do some in the modified level while I managed to do some just barely higher than the modified one. Day 2: Done. It's just like yesterday but with a lil bit of soreness in my thighs and hamstrings. Day 3: Done. Still sore but I somehow managed to get through. Day 4: Done. I felt relaxed when I finished the stretches although I still feel a bit sore.

Day 6-7: it's been a hectic few days and i've been working overtime until past midnight
Day 8: I manage to do this in the afternoon. Some moves I notice I actually did better.

I have been doing this exercise every night in 1 month and I do see a massive improve of my flexibility thank you for making this video 🙆♀️❤
So I just started this routine tonight 😃
Day 1:- I was able to a quarter of the stretches and I felt a pretty good stretch in them all but I could definitely improve for tomorrow.
Day 2:- I felt super tiered but pushed myself to do it, It was a bit easier than yesturday though when I had to lift my leg up as high as I could I really hurt my leg somehow! hopefully im better for tomorrow!

Day 3:- I wasn't as tiered as yesterday because I went for a walk from 6:00-7:30 -I'll finish this tomorrow-

So I’ve now been doing this for 10 days and I already feel much better. Today is day 11 and I breezed through it pretty fast but anyways I’m going to update you every day of how it’s working. So before these stretches I couldn’t touch my left foot now I can and I can now touch my toes literally thanks a lot Anna this is super helpful

I'm not the best with consistency but I did this routine for a while, and it worked fantastic. I'm not very flexible but I am a pretty hardcore ballet dancer, and I think coming back to this will really boost my confidence with the other rubbery girls in my ballet class.😊

I'm starting this routine today and I'll try my best to complete this and update here every day.
Day 1: I was able to pull off all the stretches. I managed to do some in the modified level while I managed to do some just barely higher than the modified one.
Day 2: Done. It's just like yesterday but with a lil bit of soreness in my thighs and hamstrings.
Day 3: Done. Still sore but I somehow managed to get through.
Day 4: Done. I felt relaxed when I finished the stretches although I still feel a bit sore.
