I actually admire the fact that the person featured in the flexibility transformation was a lot more realistic on how long flexibility takes. In two weeks you can’t make exponential progress. But that is not a reason to be discouraged! I achieved my needle in almost an year but it was totally worth it.

I have been practicing my splits and my back bends so i can do a squirpion. Your videos have helped my splits and helped me almost get my squirpion. The squirpion stretch was a big help and I hope that other people who are trying to get more flexible watch your videos

Anna is the best person ever, right now I am 8 years old and so productive and Anna makes me even more productive, and she has made me learn so many skills before I stared watching her videos the only things I could do was forwards rolls and backwards rolls but ever since I started watching her videos she has taught me to do a back bend, a middle split, a cartwheel, a handstand, and a cartwheel block! I am now learning to do a one hand cartwheel so I can be able to do a Ariel. Thank you so much Anna.

Okay here’s what I usually do. When I have free times or when I have time to do her routines like after school, I do them :). Here’s some stuff to make you less tired and stressed. Make you room clean and put your hair up and get in a outfit that’s relaxing like maybe a sports bra and some leggings or some shorts :)).
doing this! i cant even sit criss cross, much less move my hands past my knees to touch my toes, so if it works for me, it works for you! (i think i left other comments on videos, but i think ill stick to this one..) day 1: did all ! LOWKEY HURRT except for the one on all 4s where u bend ur leg, that was lightwork, i also dont hold my leg and instead to be active within the stretches, my legs are only slightly sore, and when this gets too easy, i plan on doing the ones linked in the description to continue my flexibility journey day 2: just finished! and oh my god, downward dogs are such WORKOUTSSSS my arms were THROBBING. But the stretches were felt very much, and im staying on track, cant wait to improve day 3: back from the shower, finished the last one, and they're all getting easier! downward dogs are forever my enemy also, i now fully exercise and have been for 2 days! i do cardio, resistance and HIIT training! loving this better lifestyle, it makes me feel much better! day 4: OH MY GOD GUYS DOWNWARD DOG WAS TOLERABLE. MY ARMS AREN'T THROBBING (although they are a little tired, nothing i cant handle) This mixed in with my exercise routine has got me feeling great! The stretches have gone from " ugh"to "i can do this way easier." I also can do the quad stretches further then before, going deeper into every stretch has done me wonders istg! small but sure improvements, and i'm loving it! commiting to a healthy lifestyle is definitely for me! I hope whoever sees this doesn't give up, just keep doing the stretches, and don't give up!! we r in this together! day 5: did itttt i still hate downward dogs ngl! Day 6: UNBELIEVABLE OMG, i can now reach my ankle for most of the stretches, and also downward dog wasnt very mean today, and this fekt so fast! i used to pray in my head "AM I DONE YETTTTTT IM TIREDDD" but now i was just in awe of how easy it is compared to the first day, and how fast it felt!! day 7: TIMEEE CRUNCHHH BUT DONE! IM SO HAOPY ITS BEEN A WEEK ALREADY! day 8: had orthodonist apt, was on an INSANE time crunch, but i did it along with my exercise! I still so shocked that i went from reaching just around my knee to my ankles! its insane and its only been a week, im so excited for more leg flexibility in general, and cant wait to see where this takes me day 9: rest day! honestly was just so busy, had to go to the movies twice ! day 10: unsure if i can do it, really busy on weekends, might keep my exercise and stretching for school days! day 11: yesterday i got in my exercise, but not stretching! i can tell school days work better for this but i will try my best to fit this in every day, i can touch the floor for some exercises now btw! and the others i rlly close, and for others im around ankle level! day 12: didnt even recognize the 10 day mark, double digits!! but anyways i procrastinated the whole day for this, nbut i did it and im about to sleep so no commentary, but i can finally reach the floor for the last stretch day 13: ALMOST AT A 2 WEEK MARK??? SO SHOCKED! Im so excited that i didnt procrastinate td, but now i have hw! sorry for so little commentary day 14: hi, sorry about this! its the 2 week mark, but unfortunately i have so much hw, like a LOT and i need to ficus on school and dont have tie for anything, but the weekend i'll do it day 15: i literally cant type these updates because i sneak theseinto my rlly tight schedule, im trying!!! day 16: might have to skip.. next 2 days were rlly hectic w deaths and funeral plannings in my family, super sorry :(( will get back to this, promise!
Here is how this went for me! Day 1: ✅ I was doing great except for the fact that I was very wobbly, I also got about an inch and a half deep into my middle splits! Day 2: ✅ This day was great, I was really sore and after the stretches I felt great! I was still wobbly but I was definitely less wobbly then yesterday, anyways I did improve a lot and I feel like I got a little bit deeper into my middle splits, woah this is getting long I’m gonna log off here bye! Day 3: ✅ Today I was really unmotivated to stretch so instead I split all the stretches into three parts to do throughout the day! Tysm @☁️Kirsty☁️ for the reply, I probably wouldn’t have done the stretches if it wasn’t for you:) Day 4: ✅ My balance was so much better today and my I got a bit deeper into my all of my splits! So far I think these stretches are working, thank you Anna :) Day 5: ✅ Today I kinda saved the stretches till the last minute so I’m going to try doing them in the morning tomorrow. Today I just felt like I slightly got deeper into ALL of my splits, see you in a few hours! :D Day 6: ✅ I discovered that my splits on my right leg were way better then the ones on my left leg, and my middle splits were basically the same. Day 7: ✅ I’ve made it through my first week but let’s get into the improvement! My left and right splits were a bit farther down but not as much as my middle splits, I not at the ground yet still getting closer! Day 8: ✅ I actually found myself rolling even deeper into the splits! Also Happy New Years!💗 Day 9: ✅ Today was pretty average but I definitely felt myself getting deeper into the stretches and splits! Day 10: ✅ My middle and left splits were the same but I did feel my right splits going down. Day 11: ✅ My middle splits and right splits DEFINITELY got down deeper but my left splits were almost the same as yesterday Day 12: ✅ I got my right and middle splits down lower to the ground but my left splits are STILL basically the same Day 13:✅ my left splits were still the same but I was able to get my middle and right splits down further Day 14:✅ Today was the last day! Overall I think that my flexibility did improve (even though I didn’t get my splits), I would definitely want to do these stretches in my free time and not just something I had to get done. I 100% recommend trying these stretches, bye!💗
There's a dance and song called 'Antifragile' from Kpop and a girl in that group called Kazuha, lifted her leg up high in that music video and i really want to learn that! Thank you Anna for this stretch, because i can loft my leg up, and finally learn the dance. God bless you! ❤
Ooh! Every single leg stretching video from Anna has helped me so much! I got my both my right and left leg splits and now I’m really close to my middle splits. I can lift my legs higher now but I am still struggling to get it past this one point so I hope this will help! ❤️

day 3: back from the shower, finished the last one, and they're all getting easier! downward dogs are forever my enemy also, i now fully exercise and have been for 2 days! i do cardio, resistance and HIIT training! loving this better lifestyle, it makes me feel much better!
day 4: OH MY GOD GUYS DOWNWARD DOG WAS TOLERABLE. MY ARMS AREN'T THROBBING (although they are a little tired, nothing i cant handle) This mixed in with my exercise routine has got me feeling great! The stretches have gone from " ugh"to "i can do this way easier." I also can do the quad stretches further then before, going deeper into every stretch has done me wonders istg! small but sure improvements, and i'm loving it! commiting to a healthy lifestyle is definitely for me! I hope whoever sees this doesn't give up, just keep doing the stretches, and don't give up!! we r in this together!
day 5: did itttt i still hate downward dogs ngl!
Day 6: UNBELIEVABLE OMG, i can now reach my ankle for most of the stretches, and also downward dog wasnt very mean today, and this fekt so fast! i used to pray in my head "AM I DONE YETTTTTT IM TIREDDD" but now i was just in awe of how easy it is compared to the first day, and how fast it felt!!
day 7: TIMEEE CRUNCHHH BUT DONE! IM SO HAOPY ITS BEEN A WEEK ALREADY!
day 8: had orthodonist apt, was on an INSANE time crunch, but i did it along with my exercise! I still so shocked that i went from reaching just around my knee to my ankles! its insane and its only been a week, im so excited for more leg flexibility in general, and cant wait to see where this takes me
day 9: rest day! honestly was just so busy, had to go to the movies twice !
day 10: unsure if i can do it, really busy on weekends, might keep my exercise and stretching for school days!
day 11: yesterday i got in my exercise, but not stretching! i can tell school days work better for this but i will try my best to fit this in every day, i can touch the floor for some exercises now btw! and the others i rlly close, and for others im around ankle level!
day 12: didnt even recognize the 10 day mark, double digits!! but anyways i procrastinated the whole day for this, nbut i did it and im about to sleep so no commentary, but i can finally reach the floor for the last stretch
day 13: ALMOST AT A 2 WEEK MARK??? SO SHOCKED! Im so excited that i didnt procrastinate td, but now i have hw! sorry for so little commentary
day 14: hi, sorry about this! its the 2 week mark, but unfortunately i have so much hw, like a LOT and i need to ficus on school and dont have tie for anything, but the weekend i'll do it
day 15: i literally cant type these updates because i sneak theseinto my rlly tight schedule, im trying!!!
day 16: might have to skip..
next 2 days were rlly hectic w deaths and funeral plannings in my family, super sorry :(( will get back to this, promise!

Here is how this went for me!
Day 1: ✅ I was doing great except for the fact that I was very wobbly, I also got about an inch and a half deep into my middle splits!
Day 2: ✅ This day was great, I was really sore and after the stretches I felt great! I was still wobbly but I was definitely less wobbly then yesterday, anyways I did improve a lot and I feel like I got a little bit deeper into my middle splits, woah this is getting long I’m gonna log off here bye!
Day 3: ✅ Today I was really unmotivated to stretch so instead I split all the stretches into three parts to do throughout the day! Tysm @☁️Kirsty☁️ for the reply, I probably wouldn’t have done the stretches if it wasn’t for you:)
Day 4: ✅ My balance was so much better today and my I got a bit deeper into my all of my splits! So far I think these stretches are working, thank you Anna :)
Day 5: ✅ Today I kinda saved the stretches till the last minute so I’m going to try doing them in the morning tomorrow. Today I just felt like I slightly got deeper into ALL of my splits, see you in a few hours! :D
Day 6: ✅ I discovered that my splits on my right leg were way better then the ones on my left leg, and my middle splits were basically the same.
Day 7: ✅ I’ve made it through my first week but let’s get into the improvement! My left and right splits were a bit farther down but not as much as my middle splits, I not at the ground yet still getting closer!
Day 8: ✅ I actually found myself rolling even deeper into the splits! Also Happy New Years!💗
Day 9: ✅ Today was pretty average but I definitely felt myself getting deeper into the stretches and splits!
Day 10: ✅ My middle and left splits were the same but I did feel my right splits going down.
Day 11: ✅ My middle splits and right splits DEFINITELY got down deeper but my left splits were almost the same as yesterday
Day 12: ✅ I got my right and middle splits down lower to the ground but my left splits are STILL basically the same
Day 13:✅ my left splits were still the same but I was able to get my middle and right splits down further
Day 14:✅ Today was the last day! Overall I think that my flexibility did improve (even though I didn’t get my splits), I would definitely want to do these stretches in my free time and not just something I had to get done. I 100% recommend trying these stretches, bye!💗

Ooh! Every single leg stretching video from Anna has helped me so much! I got my both my right and left leg splits and now I’m really close to my middle splits. I can lift my legs higher now but I am still struggling to get it past this one point so I hope this will help! ❤️
