I like it. I have always wanted a table. Mostly for myself and fab work I like to do. Watching yours and JDs videos has me thinking I may just try to make my own.

@@ThyialIndustries Devin is correct. There is zero part 3. I think you may have accidentally deleted a video or accidentally started mislabeling the parts after the second one, skipping over the number part 3.
I'm not knocking your ideas but you really need to configure a THC, torch height controller to help your plasma cutter do what its supposed to do. There are a ton of simple DIY examples of a controllable Z-axis that won't cost very much to add to your system. You'll thank me the first time you cut thin material and it warps from the heat. Its also a key factor to rate of consumables wear.
Also design your table slats with points on both sides, that way you can flip it over as it gets used up, it also helps water flow to your drain. The points can be as simple as a series of zigzag shapes.

Thanks for the input. I do plan on putting in a z axis and THC. Hopefully in the next few months.
what price point are you trying to hit on the aluminum X axis bearing block? I'm likely to want one, but still, price makes a difference :)

I think I prefer the down draft table. But they are to expensive for what in trying to do.
I recently built a jd garage 5x10 table but the 3d parts are not it.
