They work, I used them year's ago and my teeth were white. I now need to do it again but the stores don't seem to have oral B anymore so I'll have to look around. Little tip for people is if you're bottom teeth are ok just use all the strips on the top. Also leave them on a little longer than recommend, and do it when you've brushed you're teeth and lay down so you don't develop saliva

Putting whitening strips with peroxide that is made for “Bleach” ummmm is it safe to use bleach for whitening?
Yes it’s bad if it’s 30 or 100percent peroxide but less is good enough , but like instructed they must be on the teeth for a minimum little time
Even honey produces a very small amount of HydrogenPeroxide when breaking down sugar. Chemical doesnt mean bad or unnatural. You can get too much of everything
