How to Remove Wire Harness & Fog Lights from OEM Plastic Bumper for Jeep Gladiator or Wrangler JL

  • This video shows you the EASY step by step process on how to remove the FOG Lights and Wiring Harness from your OEM (Factory) Plastic Bumper removed from your Jeep Gladiator JT or Jeep Wrangler JL.
    If you are installing an Aftermarket Bumper and want to use your original FOG Lights or Wiring Harness, this video will show you how to do this. The fog lights are connect by a "one" main connection point on the passenger side attached to the frame of your Jeep. (See video). Keeping the original wiring harness would allow for an easy connection since the male connector is part of the wiring harness. The female connector is attached to the Jeep. Depending on what type and style Aftermarket bumper you purchase, you may need to splice in a pigtail extension to reach the primary connection point. Many people have found keeping the wiring harness makes future connections easier. Even if you have to purchase LED upgraded connections.
