@Some Girl True some kids are taught about the lgbtqiia by their parents and some are taught by the internet, my brother was educated by looking it up himself after i told him i was transgender. He asked me a few questions and then asked if i was his brother now, i said yes and he said ok and went back to playing fortenite while my mom literally woke up the neighborhood when i told her. Her only arguement was people are going to harm me and she fears i will be killed by a transphobic person, which happens alot.
@Some Girl Actually you wanted to know if you could not get bashed for what you have to ask or say. So what is your question besides am i a boy or girl?
Not always, I hate to say. A lot of kids have wonderful parents but bully other kids behind their parents backs because they see other kids do it. Kids laughed at and made fun of me and another girl in school because we have autism, we were awkward, and didn't really act like all the other kids did. But their parents didn't go and tell them, "yeah, laugh at people who are different because it's funny!" They did it because they thought it was funny. They can pick it up from other kids, TV shows and movies, and even just because humor involves pain in some way, shape, or form.
@@itchyclock well technically people are, it's less of hate and more of processing the differences in people, you great grandma had never once seen a black person or taught to hate them, she god scared seeing one thinking he was burnt. Confusion can lead to hate if not explained properly.
my best friends son was three when he started showing signs of being a girl. My friend thought it was bad and she thought I was the one that in her words "provoked" him in to this so she took him away and I didn't see him till he was ten. He and I were in the kitchen making cake for a party I was having, and he just looked at me and said "i wish I could live with you"i ask him why and he said "because I feel free". He told me that he wanted to wear a dress and makeup like my spouse, he said that he wished he was a she. After that I said that I was going to talk to his parents, I did and they said that they would rather give their son away than be who he is. so three months later I was signing the causticity papers. @kzvii _ For me it’s the opposite. People just assume I’m 2 years older than I am. When I was seven my guitar teacher was like “you’re like nine, ten, right?”
@YourDaily Therapist i can't find your comment, but based on the way you're describing it, I have no desire to report him. Free speech is important to me
Felix Johnson It isn’t free speech, they’re claiming (like they’re straight up saying that they’re doing this) that this mother is abusing and manipulating their child, and that’s not okay??
@K. P. Tell me one child who was born transphobic. Also, commenting "ew" under a bunch of comments is doing literally nothing of value, I don't understand what you think you're doing by doing that.
This is the way kids should be raised. She’s not enforcing that her child is trans she’s not making her daughter go buy only pink frilly dresses and only play with dolls. She’s letting her kid express herself. One day if she decides that she’s not a girl that she just had a phase of liking girly things I’m sure the family will be just as expecting. Kids should be raised without the boundaries of who they are told to be. They should be able to express themself how they want.
@ruby N How so? It’s not like trans people choose to be trans. If you are actually transgender you didn’t choose to be their are just a lot of people out there that say they’re trans but are not.
Isa thank you! I was going to make that point! I myself have gender dysphoria and I would literally do anything to stop it. I can’t control the fact that my brain has a disconnect to my body, I didn’t choose to be trans and I honest don’t know why anyone would. It really sucks and is the most mentally stressing thing. Especially for people like me who don’t have a safe place to come out in.
Back in the 90’s I worked with a transgender woman. We became work friends, I thought she was hysterical, and we had great chemistry. At the time, I had heard of transgender people, but I never gave it much thought. Over the years I’ve read and seen such viciousness aimed at these people, and I wonder, “was I supposed to be bothered by the fact that she is a transgender?” People need to grow up. I met her, befriended her - we have long parted ways due to that’s how life goes -- and what I got out of the friendship are really cool memories. Why should that ever bother me?

Perhaps not ... Children and teens are extremely malleable. Children and teens are being encouraged to freeze their sense of self in a moment in time, during the period of life when everything is in flux. And even though key researchers have said over and over again that most gender dysphoric kids “desist” and grow up to be gay or lesbian and most grow to accept their biology; even though the latest research denies any such thing as a “male” or “female” brain, parents are encouraged to socially transition their kids, put them on “puberty blockers,” and refer to them by “preferred pronouns and eventually guide them to mutilate their genitals.
Jeremy Lee oh the fallacies here. i would love to see your research, because there are plenty things wrong with what you have said. while trans studies arent huge, there are confirmed studies of a male and female brain that when cross referenced with a trans woman and trans mans brain, trans men have a similar brain to that of the cisgender male and trans women have a similar brain to that of a cisgender female. you may not have known this, its relatively new information, but dont post an ignorant comment; do some research first. thanks for your concern.
Jeremy Lee nice deflect instead of actually trying to convince me or other people that your argument isnt weak or flimsy. Pity those who walk your path. Must be lonely.
Bonidee Lee I get what youre saying, truly. But its not just a wish to be another gender, its the need. While you say there may not be no true or false trans, at the end of the day the way trans people will know if they are trans or not (for now as getting a brain scan isnt always an option, or a dangerous one) is if they experience dysphoria. That doesnt mean "oh i hate my stomach it isnt flat or i wish my chest was smaller", it means "The way my body is doesnt line up with the gender i am, and due to this i need procedures such as therapy, hormones, and surgery done in order to be that true version of myself" (speaking of which, if you want to start hormones you NEED a letter from a therapist or psychologist and have a continuous history of dysphoria but otherwise steady mental health. most surgeons also require a letter from a therapist and continuous history of dysphoria but otherwise steady mental health, some even requiring the subject be on hormones for a certain amount of time and over the age of 18. some other surgeons dont require the letter, just for you to be a certain age and with an informed consent form signed by parents and yourself). Its not exactly a quick process (waiting lists are becoming longer and longer), some people waiting years to get those things (kind of a good and not so good thing). No one is jumping straight into transition after feeling good in a dress or a tux, theres plenty of procedures to make sure that transition is for that individual.
I love the way shes accepted her kid, not forcing them to embrace being a girl, and not forcing them to stay a boy; shes just letting the kid explore and figure out what they prefer and like. Btw im using 'they' just because the mother didnt make it super clear if the child had decided to fully transition, so im just going to be safe lol.
i think the mom says at one point that her daughter is currently using she/her pronouns, but yeah i definitely agree with your comment. that the mom wasn't immediately: "okay she's trans and a girl" really made me happy because she recognized that her kid was just a kid and was just letting her present the way she wanted w/o pushing her into a gendered box.
Gary Lee my dude she’s LITERALLY just letting the child experiment and do what they wanna do. if her child grows out of it and it was just a phase, it happens and she will just let the kid go back to being a boy. she herself said that the kid herself choose the clothes she wanted.
i mean trans can still work for the title because non-binaries are technically trans because they aren't solely masculine or feminine. idk if i worded that right but i read once that the white in the trans flag represented non-binaries and the child in the video doesn't seem to be exclusively masculine or feminine so i thought they've gotta be some sort of non-binary. not trying to be rude or offensive just giving my thoughts. correct me if I'm wrong tho :/
i lvoe how some kids in the bus reacted like "so what?" when i was teased for being gay in HS without knowing what it really was besides it being talked negatively about...lots of kids shouted to the bullies "so what if he is? nothin wrong with it' and tbh that helped a lot, tiny things like that has a great impact
Especially _because_ she’s a kid. She’s still exploring who she is. A kid that young can’t have it all figured out just yet. I mean, I only figured out I was bi when I was in 9th grade (gender is obviously a different matter from sexuality, but still).
I wanted to thank Im From Driftwood and everyone who left a like or a kind comment. This all gave me the confidence to come out to my parents as gender questioning yesterday and I am feeling better than ever :)
I don’t really know how I remember this... but I was talking to to my dad and I heard him say “promise me you won’t be a lesbian”. I was just 9 at the time. I froze. Somehow I knew this was me and that it was wrong for him to say that. I told my mom “dad says I can’t be a lesbian” lol. She looked at me for a second and said that I could be whatever I wanted. Now I’m 14 and I know who I am for sure❤️
My dad once told me that he didn't want me wearing pants or shorts because he thought I would "turn" into a lesbian or "turn" transgender. I was outraged and told him that kissing girls was gross(for me) same with boys, and that if I was transgender I wouldn't wear skinny jeans. Later on I discovered I'm aro ace(Aromantic Asexual) and Genderfluid
You are awesome, I am a gay dad who raised three children the oldest is a trans man for info purpose only he is a man and my other two are just incredible adults now all three are very successful and I KNOW they took a load of crap in school for having a gay dad and a trans brother but they are very proud of us. The first graders did great - the children are indeed the future of humanity! Rosemary is really, really fortunate to have two loving and supporting mothers, and an older bro who always has her back! All the best to her for her journey of gender exploration! May your family's bond keep growing from strength to strength, shining a light for others and leading the way to the future...
nature freak Those mothers didn’t do anything wrong, they’re just letting their daughter be who she is. It’s not child abuse, child abuse is neglect, murder, beating your kid, sexual abuse, etc...
nature freak She is a girl, just like I’m a boy. I’m also a “transgender freak”, and I don’t feel abused by my loving, accepting parents in any way, shape or form. Just because I was born a girl doesn’t mean I have to continue to live as one, especially when I could be dead if I continue to live that way. If you want someone dead rather than openly transgender, you can talk to the police about why people are dying because of you.
Providing unconditional care, love, understanding and support are the furthest actions from abuse. Abuse is forcing a child to conform to societal moulds and norms while ignoring the child's needs, causing the child to feel distressed, traumatised, and potentially scarred for life. This approach applies to all parenting practices, regardless if the parents are same-sex or not.
@Gary Lee I would agree with you if it seemed like she'd out ideas into the kids head or encouraged them to act a certain way. But the CHILD chose this for themself, let kids be kids and express themselves how they want
God, as a teen who's still figuring out gender and sexuality, i love these videos. Give me hope. Middle school is rough. Though, I'm glad to say its not all bad. I was so honored I had given the confidence to help someone come out :,)
It will get better I'm 15 in high school. Believe me when i say you will be accepted. I know as a bi girl, that people will accept who you are and most people care. Ignore the people who think its weird, because most will love you just the way you are. Trust me. *waves bisexual flag*

Among many other things, it’s why we have ratings on films. A young child can’t understand that the monster onscreen is not real. Teens often pick up on cues and assimilate ideas presented in movies/films viewed in the movie theater and other sources, (online sources for watching movies now eclipse movie theater viewings or film DVD rentals for teens), and while teens already understand the difference between fantasy and reality, they may still absorb or become attached to ideas that are powerfully presented in films but that have no basis in reality, the teen not having enough experience or knowledge to sort propaganda from fact, fiction from reality. Films, television programs, music and statements from celebrities can [and do] become a part of the thinking and emotional/psychological makeup of teens and children.
@Bonidee Lee gender exploration is what we are talking about here. As long as we treat others and their choices with respect the world will be a better place. The kids will be ok. I’m trans. It feels so good to say it... since I was 10 I begged my mom to let me cut my hair, until I did it myself when I was 15, and I was grounded for months. When I was 11 I asked my Dad what “transgender” meant, and he slammed my head into the coffee table and said “Never bring up that disgusting word in my house ever again” and I remember running to my room holding my nose and trying to keep the blood from getting on the carpet. Since I was 12 every birthday, 11:11, fallen eyelash or dandelions, every time I wish I could just start testosterone, so that at least something would feel right. I don’t live with my dad anymore (thankfully) but I want to come out to my mom so that I can start testosterone, but my cousin recently came out and he was kicked out and disowned by my aunt. Disowned! I’m not even allowed to say his name. My mom wouldn’t stop saying that SHE was too young to know what SHE was, and HE was 19 almost 20 at the time. I’m four years younger than him, so what would my mom say if I came out? If I did get kicked out, I have no where to go... so I don’t know what to do anymore (Uh update I guess) uh I came out and I didn’t get kicked out so yay. This actually reminds me of the time I came out to two of my friends on a school bus. The whole time I thought they knew I wasn’t straight, but I apparently shocked them when they found out. They were kinda making a big deal about it, and everyone who heard them started defending me. They weren’t being mean, they just thought I was joking the whole time and when I told them I was serious, they just got a little too excited. Everything happened so fast. In senior year, I found out I 💕 the same sex; a week later, I realize I'm a girl. Gender dysphoria continues to bother me, and I out myself to my family in December (but I thought I could stand it for a long while). Soon enough, I'm in counseling. A couple girls start talking to me because they assume I'm gay, and quickly become friends. The principal is overbearing (maybe a feminist too), and makes me more uncomfortable with myself, and it was just embarrassing. Our school didn't really have a problem with LGBT people before, so why must she be "the voice of the oppressed" every time she opens her mouth? The school might have a problem with us now. 😥 I finally began 👩 hormones in May, a couple months after my 18th. Fast forward to now and I'm in college, out in the city, away from all I know, but I'm happy. Many of my classmates see me as Lena, and it's all casual.
If only my parents were that accepting. I'm a non-binary and I'm proud, my parents aren't though. They say that I'm confused, the most easily manipulated person they've ever met, saying that the person who introduced to this term is an alien who wants to destroy the human race and saying that he deserves to have a plane crash into his house. I think the reason why they don't believe me is because I wasn't around about seven when I found out (but I was different), I was eleven when I found the term. Sometimes, I wish I lived in a more accepting family, in which I can be myself instead of the image my parents want me to be.

I really like how she used gender exploration for her kid! Gender is definitely something complicated that takes years for some people to figure out, and she's acknowledging that while still respecting her kid's identity. It's normalizing that questioning is okay. I started questioning my gender around 6th grade, went through so many labels and names, even now as a sophomore I'm not even really sure what I am. But it's comforting to know that it's okay not to know.
and Kohlberg's phycological theory of gender states that kids know what their gender is between the ages 5-7. Kinda stupid, you could feel dysphoria for years and not even know that you are trans or that your birth gender does not match how you feel. There was one trans dude who did not know or identify that his birth gender did not match his current identity until he was 66! So, what I am trying to say is that you do not have to know what gender you identify as. You can take as long or as little to figure it out, just do what feels right by you and express yourself how you want. Stay safe ad much love

@@roxya9153 More and more clinicians have identified severe problems within gender medicine which coalesce around the clinical and cultural invention of ‘the transgender child’. These problems are: an excessively affirmative attitude to the self-identifying transgender child; an inability to stand up to external trans lobby groups; the undermining of a coherent clinical model of child and adolescent development; and serious ethical and safeguarding issues. Clinicians recognise they need to resist the dominant narrative and seemingly intractable ‘truth’ of ‘the transgender child’. People are waking up to the harms of trans for children and young people, but transgender ideology is still marching into schools disguised as LGBT acceptance. Kids with perfectly normal unease or confusion about bodies and gender are getting dragged onto the transgender conveyer belt of affirmation, blockers, cross hormones, and surgery. LGB kids are passé. Transactivism is a form of bullying: if you’re not porn-culture straight, a proper ‘boy’s boy’ or ‘girly girl’, you must be defective, in need of fixing, by reclassification, drugs or a scalpel. My head is full of questions about why we are allowing this to happen. Is the explosion in the number of transgender-identifying young people a symptom of a society leaving little room for kids to be themselves outside of increasingly restrictive gender roles? How can we keep the conversation going to keep kids safe? The goal of the transgender activists is to try and get their numbers up in order to normalize their agenda. They care nothing about seeing people reach a healthy view of their biology and not needing to take drugs and have their genitals and breasts mutilated. Impressionable teens make easy targets. They are even unethically influencing autistic children to change genders. Activists would have the public believe that anyone who expresses a wish to be the other gender should be allowed and encouraged to do so. Credulous politicians have translated their demands into law. To date, however, there is no evidence that there is such a thing as a “true” trans, just as there is no marker that would identify a “false” trans. To accept the thinking and wishes of those with ASD at face value, without understanding why they feel the way they do, is not a kindness, and may in fact be extremely damaging. A high proportion of people who suffer from gender identity disorder also suffer from other mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, personality disorders and autism (see also here and here). In many of them these problems do not resolve with gender reassignment. In fact hormones and surgery deal only very superficially with what is often a very deep psychosocial problem that doesn’t lend itself to quick technological fixes. Children and teens are extremely malleable. Children and teens are being encouraged to freeze their sense of self in a moment in time, during the period of life when everything is in flux. The journal Psychoneuroendocrinology reported brain abnormalities in the area of memory and executive functioning among adult women who received blockers for gynecologic reasons. Similarly, many studies of men treated for prostate cancer with blockers also suggest the possibility of significant cognitive decline. Also evidence for decreased bone mineralization, meaning an increased risk of bone fractures as young adults, potential increased risk of obesity and testicular cancer in boys, and an unknown impact upon psychological and cognitive development. From studies of adults we know that the risks of cross-sex hormones include, but are not limited to, cardiac disease, high blood pressure, blood clots, strokes, diabetes, and cancers.

Go where you want, and I'll be right behind you." My dad was super supportive, and it was nice, especially considering he's a baby boomer lol. While I don't believe in children being on hormones, I do believe in letting children choose what they want to wear, and what pronouns they want. So what if it doesn't stick? It makes the child happy and comfortable. And some transgender and/or gender-spectrum individuals even choose not to use hormones OR surgery. I know I possibly might get hormones, but right now I'm comfortable just identifying as a male. Many people will explore different things over their life, and sometimes it just doesn't work for them. But exploration is the only way you'll know. You might not support the LGBT+ or anything, but there's a thing called respect. There are so many things that people do that I don't like, but I have the courtesy to respect them and their decisions as long as it doesn't affect me personally. If your child says that they're gay or trans, you might not like it, but your responsibility as a parent and role model is to be mature about it and respect their decision. Children are their own people, they're not extensions of you. If your son likes to wear girl clothing, or your daughter likes to kiss other girls, leave them be. They could be doing MUCH, MUCH worse things than being LGBT+. Just because they're LGBT+ doesn't mean they don't love you anymore, or that they want to "disappoint" you; obviously if they sit down with you and talk to you about it, they TRUST you and hope that you'll continue to love and respect them. Anyways great video. I love how open this mother was to her child, and I'm so happy her child is more comfortable now. May she have so much success in her life as she grows up!

The way she didn't use labels on her kid was awesome as well, because it reminded me of how my parent told me that if i ever realized who i was, i didn't have to come out. That they'd be happy no matter who i end up being. We're really getting to a place in this world where we can be who we are.
Finally, seeing a trans kid with a parent that didn't force it down the kids throat, a kid who felt it naturally and a mom who knew how to do it right.
yerb I personally don’t understand what it feels like to be transgender but it isn’t my place or your place to criticize how someone else wants to identify. Let’s just all have more love and open-mindedness in our hearts.
COMPLETELY unrelated, but I am a young non binary c h i l d and my current name is perceived as more feminine than masculine, and it’s uncomfortable. Not saying it here because of privacy reasons, but anyone have any suggestions for names? I’ve tried a bunch already-
Mr. peanut it’s a story about someone who was born physically a boy, mentally a girl, and decided to accept themself. Said person was defended by a group of first graders, showing that the youth isn’t as stupid as it once was. Pretty sure it’s a great story
It's terrible but also slightly amusing. I just read a comment from a dude who has been responding to comments for the last 2 MONTHS spouting pure and utter transphobic bullshit from his mouth. Amazing
"I feel like me" is such a powerful and relatable statement for trans people. When you do stuff that affirms your gender identity, it's super euphoric. You feel authentic. Whenever I looked myself in the mirror when I was living pre-transition, it didn't really feel like I was looking back at myself. It's so refreshing for people to defend you being yourself instead of trying to force you or box you into a mismatched gender.
I keep seeing hate comments and it’s making me really sad. This girl should have full permission to be who she is. If her gender doesn’t match her genitals, so be it, several people are born that way, like me. I was assigned female at birth, and I have a female body. That doesn’t mean I’m a girl. I am an openly transgender boy. I also have dated other boys, and I’m pansexual. Again, nothing wrong with that. Spread the love y’all!!!!!!!!!❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
+Hannah S. i keep seeing you're name pop up in here, can you stop? No one cares what you have to say about other people, you're not us, so don't try to tell us what we are and aren't because you really have no clue.
Hannah S. I‘m actually not a girl at all. I‘m just a boy. I‘m not a female boy, I‘m a male boy. Did the term “assigned female at birth” confuse you? It means the doctor who helped my mom give birth to me told her I was a girl, turns out that doctor was wrong.
@@elideangeli5098 No, your sex was observed. You are, always have been and always will be female. You may have gender dysphoria, in which case you will transition. But that doesn't make you a male. Nothing about you is male, and it never will be. That doesn't mean I dislike you, I just don't understand why people are lying and feeding into this crap.
@Jimmy the Intellect Don't be that way man. Lifes too short to talk down on others. You simply do it because you yourself are insecure and may be struggling with something
Jimmy and logan. This is a wholesome video and a heartwarming one. your comments dont even mean anything because the power of positivity and friendship over rule it entirely
I've never heard the term "gender exploration". I love that. Obviously, making such a huge decision doesn't need to be so permanent, especially with children. The idea that you can be a boy today, a girl tomorrow, and a boy next week, takes away the pressure of making a permanent decision and really helps the child to truly just discover who they are. I also wish our society would lighten up on gender stereotypes over all. A boy can wear a dress and not be transgender at all. My nephew loves to paint his nails and dress up in heels sometimes, but he totally declares he's a boy. Stop telling our children what to do. You seem like a great Mom and i'm sorry you were ever scrutinized for your choice. I was always made fun of for being a "lesbian" when I was growing up, and I'm not even homosexual lol. Just a girl who enjoys wearing jeans, having short hair, and studying science. My 3 year old daughter has short hair and my mother dislikes it, but she said she wanted her hair to look like mommy's which was so sweet to me. Love you! Keep it up!
This video is NOT about playing dress up. It is designed to sell fast tracking children into the trans lifestyle. This poor boy had no chance. The trans mob has already figuratively sliced off his penis.
@@nellie3176 Most of the comments are from young girls who think this is cute and who think they are being righteous by celebrating this. They have no clue. Some will say even they are not forcing anything but then refer to this boy as a girl and get mad when you do not. The propaganda works.
Children aren't transphobic or homophobic, they are taught to be by their parents.
@Some Girl
True some kids are taught about the lgbtqiia by their parents and some are taught by the internet, my brother was educated by looking it up himself after i told him i was transgender. He asked me a few questions and then asked if i was his brother now, i said yes and he said ok and went back to playing fortenite while my mom literally woke up the neighborhood when i told her. Hate isn't born, it's Taught.
They can pick it up from other kids, TV shows and movies, and even just because humor involves pain in some way, shape, or form.

my best friends son was three when he started showing signs of being a girl.
Rolly Polly
Actually, she is reinforcing that her son is trans. *Transgender daughter* is literally in the title.
Rolly Polly
Also, no offense, but most parents already do that. Parents don’t strictly buy their children boy or girl toys or clothes anymore.
@ruby N How so? It’s not like trans people choose to be trans. If you are actually transgender you didn’t choose to be their are just a lot of people out there that say they’re trans but are not.
They do chose to be trans

The kids will be okay.
@@pizzarolls6008 Sad you are caught up in this destructive agenda. You should not post an ignorant comment; do some research first.
Btw im using 'they' just because the mother didnt make it super clear if the child had decided to fully transition, so im just going to be safe lol.
i think the mom says at one point that her daughter is currently using she/her pronouns, but yeah i definitely agree with your comment. that the mom wasn't immediately: "okay she's trans and a girl" really made me happy because she recognized that her kid was just a kid and was just letting her present the way she wanted w/o pushing her into a gendered box.
phi oh, must've missed her saying that lol
But yea, as long as she has the freedom to express herself then the moms doing a good job
@Gary Lee what agenda? She was letting her kid be who they wanted. There was no 'conditioning' involved.
Gary Lee my dude she’s LITERALLY just letting the child experiment and do what they wanna do. if her child grows out of it and it was just a phase, it happens and she will just let the kid go back to being a boy. she herself said that the kid herself choose the clothes she wanted.

Kids are very gender neutral and carefree about gender norms and they are naturally loving, hate is learned. Teach Love .

This is an amazing story and no one has left hate. I’ve found this video again 8 months later and despite hate that has resurfaced, the majority of people are sticking up for what’s right. If you’ve read to the end, have a nice day! I’ve come back after a year to wish you guys a Merry Christmas lol. Merry Christmas it’s a bit late but glad everything still seems positive :)
Katydoesmusic No hate? It is obvious that most of those who are posting here hate boys and men.
nature freak Why would that be?
Katydoesmusic among other inanities this nature freak person said above was that he feels that a 5 year old child wearing a dress is a war against men. *rolls eyes*. Anyhoo. It sure is a wonderful story and it's too bad some misguided and insecure people have to troll it.

Young children go through a stage where it is difficult for them to distinguish reality from fantasy.
This story was beautiful. Your family is beautiful. Thank you for sharing your truth.

Jeremy Lee If that‘s what you think Trans surgeries are go ahead but before you drop a comment like that for basically the whole world to see do your fucking research because that‘s not how they work.

This is so inspiring! I started having gender dysphoria around the age of six, and I remember my joy when I went shopping with a police officer my junior year of high school for Christmas, and I warily told him "I'd rather get clothes from the men's section rather than women's", and the police officer just smiled at me and said "Yeah, your dad told me you'd say that.

Who is Atticus? I wasn't quite listening. 😔
I love this story.
This is a terrible story
Mr. peanut how so?
Mr. peanut it’s a story about someone who was born physically a boy, mentally a girl, and decided to accept themself.

Naming a kid Atticus = instant respect.

Super cute, as a trans man myself this makes me so so so happy, you're such a great mom
@Volomette I don't need your pity, my future kids will be perfectly fine, and will grow up to be better people than you are, have a lovely day

It'll get better, hope you have an awesome life ❤️
@Volomette I think you just described yourself there.
You're not a man
Imagine having lgbtq+ parents. That would be amazing! They would accept you because they went through what you went through.
omg another dream fan lol didn’t expect to see one here but hey it’s nice seeing u 👀 and yuh same
Big Tuna no u
dream-y having gay parents would suck bc you’d either get twice as many dad jokes or stuck in an infinite loop of “go ask your mom” (I’m kidding obvs)
Dabdab The third tbh the infinite dad jokes would be awesome
There are some lgbtq+ people that don't accept others. I've heard of bi erasure and transphobic gays and lesbians.
I hate how people refer to others as "it" just because of their orientation. But I love this story, very heart warming😄

Spread the love y’all!!!!!!!!!❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
You literally are a girl. You can't be a female boy.
+Hannah S. i keep seeing you're name pop up in here, can you stop? No one cares what you have to say about other people, you're not us, so don't try to tell us what we are and aren't because you really have no clue.
Hannah S. I‘m actually not a girl at all. I‘m just a boy. I‘m not a female boy, I‘m a male boy. Did the term “assigned female at birth” confuse you? It means the doctor who helped my mom give birth to me told her I was a girl, turns out that doctor was wrong.
@@tylergriffin6062
Again, you're assuming things.
@@elideangeli5098
No, your sex was observed. You are, always have been and always will be female. You may have gender dysphoria, in which case you will transition. But that doesn't make you a male. Nothing about you is male, and it never will be. That doesn't mean I dislike you, I just don't understand why people are lying and feeding into this crap.
Homosexual parents and trans child? This is a very different family and its amazing. They're accepting each other for who they are and it's beautiful
@Jimmy the Intellect Don't be that way man. Lifes too short to talk down on others. You simply do it because you yourself are insecure and may be struggling with something
@Logan Roof no. The child chose the dress and the mother is letting them be them.
Jimmy and logan. This is a wholesome video and a heartwarming one. your comments dont even mean anything because the power of positivity and friendship over rule it entirely
@Gary Lee ur point of view means nothing to me....ik how my parental skills will be and ill be fine.
