Exactly! Being gay isn’t in your genes or anything so it’s not “passed on”. Although gay people can have a gay child it doesn’t mean everyone who is gay will have a gay child.
@@dpa1739 i think she/he said this to point out the fact that, contrary to what many think, a child raised by a gay family can be raised as well (even better sometimes) as if he had grown up in a straight family
A person requiring an explanation on this topic is incapable of comprehending it. Probably thinks very many animals are capable of cross-breeding, and that John Merrick's mother was frightened by an elephant thus causing his abnormalities. Staggeringly mind-boggling ignorance of nature and reality is rife throughout the world.
This girl needs to be a comedian, like just this interview alone, like her answering the questions the people gave her I laughed so hard I cried at least four times. She also handles everything so well. Good job to her!
Agreed. If she wanted to, this girl could probably use her answers to intrusive questions to launch a standup comedy career. Q: "How did your gay Mom have a baby?" A: "We don't know how she got pregnant. We think it might have been aliens." Q: "How did your gay Mom have a baby?" A: "We found my baby sister growing on a tree. My mom picked her from the tree and then realized that she wasn't ripe yet so she stuck the baby in my stepmom's vag to ripen for a couple of months. She turned out pretty good, considering she's technically a fruit." Q: "How did your gay Mom have a baby?" A: "Fuck if I know." Q: "How did your gay Mom have a baby?" A: "I was too uncomfortable to ask my moms about that. Hey!! Could you ask them for me? Here's my phone, talk to my Mom, it's ringing. Thanks! You're a peach! Oh! Hi mom! This kid at school has a bunch of question for you about my sister."
As a straight woman raised by two moms as well, I can totally relate to just about everything you said! It's always best when you can handle things with humor.
Same here lol. My mom just happened to end up with my godmother shortly after I was born (Was raised catholic). My parents never did go into specifics about how they labeled their relationship nor were they regularly publicly intimate so as 10 year old I just saw my godmother as another mother. And started to get confused when my friends would question their relationship lol. Its unfortunate how ignorant people can be. Got plenty of really inappropriate questions from friends and family. We got kicked out of many churches unfortunately so understandably i consider myself an agnostic now. My parents were always so concerned that their relationship would negatively impact my relationships with people so my godmother would often miss my school events afraid she would embarrass me. Which angered me as a kid but I understand where that fear came from now. So you bet your ass my inner circle has to meet my parents and absolutely love them like I do if they want to be in life. Lol
My parents are gay. Like, they were a couple for 7 years before I was born. I never talked about my home life much but I’m surprised how few questions I got about it. I only ever got two. The first was just this girl who came up to me and said “I heard a rumor about your parents are gay.” To which I replied “yeah, they are.” Then she just said “oh” and kind of awkwardly went back to her seat. Then like a year later a different girl asked something in band class. It doesn’t come up, but the band teacher is also a lesbian. It’s just funny that she asked this in a class with a lesbian teacher. So, the three of us that play the same instrument are in a practice room, then one of us goes to the restroom so it’s just the two of us. The girl leans over and asks “are your parents gay?” And I say yeah, and she says “do... do you ever ask them to stop?” Now, I knew this was gonna be homophobic, but in my mind I’m like. Does she mean Stop PDA, stop having sex, stop being together, stop being gay? So I say “Stop what?” She tried several times to formulate a next sentence before giving up. There was also a time the kid who sat behind me in the buss blatantly stated he was homophobic. I would have said something but the girl behind him had already started going off on him before I could join in. I did add one thing to the conversation. At one point he said “I don’t even know any gay people” to which I burst out laughing because he was in the same band class. I informed him he did and when he asked who I told him “I’m not gonna out a gay person to an admitted homophobe, but I’ve seen you talk to two gay people in the past two weeks.” Referring two the two gay teachers I knew he took classes from.
God Sejeong is my Heda. You would be surprised that teenagers are usually very well spoken and therefore is less like “a mini adult” and more like a teenager. Adult doesn’t mean intellectually superior; teens can be just the same.
India yea I know teens can also be well spoken, many people in my year are well spoken when speaking to adults or presenting. I'm just praising her for being well spoken because I thought she was 12 (she looks young to me) and has very good manners and not many young people choose to speak with such demeanor in an interview and use slang (which is not a bad thing). Adults aren't intellectually superior but they speak a certain way in interviews and I'm just pointing out that she sounds the same. In no way am I saying teens are dumber than adults, im just saying she speaks with the same demeanor/speech as adults i.e. very mature. Why do you sound offended? 😂
I thought her analogy of what position were your parents in when you were conceived, was perfect. People don’t stop to think how invasive some questions can be.
Years ago, a close friend of mine shared a house with a gay male couple. Aside from the lovely anecdotes she offered up regarding daily life within a gay-dominant household, when I asked her what it was like, she replied "Well, there's a lot of cum." LOL (P.S. I love how this girl is so articulate, hardly using any of the standard connectives that modern society is cursed with, such as 'like', 'you know', 'I mean', et cetera. How refreshing.)

Do you not know that YOU will be held accountable for your words, and their deaths, just as if you had killed them yourself?

It's a rainbow trait. Collect all 7 colors for your DNA, and you too can be gay. Colors can not be used more than once. No substitutes, exchanges or refunds. lol We shouldn't be surprised people think that way though. Just take a look at some articles online were it is rumored that 7% of Americans think chocolate milk comes from brown cows....
KelticStar Wait a freaking second.... Chocolate milk *doesn't* come from brown cows!?!? Well, as long as you don't tell me that Santa Claus isn't real. 😲 😂 Honestly, I would have thought it would be higher than 7% LOL
Kameko Miyamora - The only thing I know is that I had no choice, bi-sexual people may have a choice, I don’t know. All I know is that I remember looking at National Geographic’s as a kid, and later realized I was attracted to females, but that was long before I even knew what sex was, what the differences were, whatever. I never had a choice, I believe that you are what you are. The only people who have a "choice" aren’t straight, they just admitted being bi. 🤪

If two straight people can raise a gay child, then two gay people can raise a straight one. I don’t know why it confuses so many people.
I thought that too
Exactly! Being gay isn’t in your genes or anything so it’s not “passed on”. Although gay people can have a gay child it doesn’t mean everyone who is gay will have a gay child.
Literally it’s like just because the parents are gay doesn’t mean the child is
@Tucker too bad it's just history fiction then
@Tucker you believing the bible is like me believing that star wars was based on a true story. Its all fiction, its made up.
“We found her next to the cereal” 😂😂😂

I'm going to remember that and use it if I ever got the chance😂
Wait I thought they were next to the baby powder....aww shit. I've been getting the wrong baby.
Don’t you find your babies next to the cereal?

She looks like a teen but sounds like a mature and intelligent 30 year old woman. O.o my eyes are deceiving me
@Brittany Beautiful Beautifully said ♡
@@dpa1739 i think she/he said this to point out the fact that, contrary to what many think, a child raised by a gay family can be raised as well (even better sometimes) as if he had grown up in a straight family
@@morinette8162 you should add on 'they' to the she/he. Just for future reference because some people go by They/Them

Nah gay kid is secretly straight

Julia Heilrayne Awhh Hey! I love this video!
What does that mean?
Julia Heilrayne
Your parents did a very well job producing a straight
She comes across as a confident, well adjusted kid. Looks like her parents did a decent job raising her.
We tried, thanks.
Q: "How did your gay Mom have a baby?"
A: "We don't know how she got pregnant. We think it might have been aliens."
Q: "How did your gay Mom have a baby?"
A: "We found my baby sister growing on a tree. My mom picked her from the tree and then realized that she wasn't ripe yet so she stuck the baby in my stepmom's vag to ripen for a couple of months. She turned out pretty good, considering she's technically a fruit."
Q: "How did your gay Mom have a baby?"
A: "Fuck if I know."
Q: "How did your gay Mom have a baby?"
A: "I was too uncomfortable to ask my moms about that.

Same!
Lol
My great nephew has two mom's too he 6 lol
BASICALLY
"Why are you gay"

"You are gay"
"No I'm not"
Lmao
"You said 'no I'm not' so you must be gay"
*L m a o*
But.... who is gae?
WHERE IS THE H?
The girl leans over and asks “are your parents gay?” And I say yeah, and she says “do... do you ever ask them to stop?”
Now, I knew this was gonna be homophobic, but in my mind I’m like. Does she mean Stop PDA, stop having sex, stop being together, stop being gay? So I say “Stop what?”
She tried several times to formulate a next sentence before giving up.
Thank u so much for sharibg these funny stores. And u write them very well too

Yes or becoming a comedian!
Lillian Folsom she said she’s a sophomore in high school
God Sejeong is my Heda What does Heda means ? I love god Sejeong 😂

People don’t stop to think how invasive some questions can be.
"It's same basic thing, it's just a loooottt of boobs." I absolutely adore her.
Moomin, What no. I don't see why she is justifying their behaviour in any way, saying she is justifying it is referring to being LGBTQ+ as bad - which it is not.
Also I don't see how "its what children do", maybe some but not all. One of my parent smokes; I don't justify that -Just an example for you.
She clearly does know Many things, as shown by her dialect, she is a very intelligent person.
I read this when she said it
Moomin What behavior? The same every human being has in their house? Lol. You are ridiculous. Stop telling other people how to live their life. Do with yours whatever you want.

Sig Schturm - Perverted females? The only perverted person here is you. Seriously. What is it with you bigots? LGBT people suffer every day because you shove YOUR view Gods Love down the throats of others. LGBT people turn away from Christ because YOU make them feel unwelcome and hated. Instead of seeing this amazing young girl as a child of God, YOU call her broken and her parents perverted. Humor me for ten seconds more please... If God has deemed us ALL sinners, and ALL sin is are equal in the eyes of God, and we can ALL be saved through the sacrifice of his son Jesus... what makes her parents sin worse than yours, is hers unforgivable? Are you without sin? Do you not know that kids commit suicide every day because they come to the realization that they are gay and would rather die than live as they were born? Do you not know that YOU will be held accountable for your words, and their deaths, just as if you had killed them yourself?
Sig Schturm Ahh zip it ya dumb bible basher.
Sig Schturm - I’m sorry that you think the Bible is shit. I was preaching scripture. Doubt me? Read it.
Sig Schturm the original translation for the bible (the closet translation) is "a man shall not sleep with boy." It was about pedophilia. The Greek bible (Christian) is one of those close translations from hebrew

"So it is not like brown hair?" I don't understand the question or where it came from. Like, did that person think being gay is a dominant trait? But lots most gay people have straight parents, so it couldn't be.
It's a rainbow trait. Collect all 7 colors for your DNA, and you too can be gay. Colors can not be used more than once. No substitutes, exchanges or refunds. lol
We shouldn't be surprised people think that way though. Just take a look at some articles online were it is rumored that 7% of Americans think chocolate milk comes from brown cows....
That was an old train of thought against gay marriage. People thought if gay people had kids, their kids would be gay. Really dumb.
KelticStar Wait a freaking second.... Chocolate milk *doesn't* come from brown cows!?!? Well, as long as you don't tell me that Santa Claus isn't real. 😲 😂
Honestly, I would have thought it would be higher than 7% LOL
Rumor has it that 99.99% of gay people come from straight people. 😎
Thank you! Sometimes awkward questions come from confusion and not necessarily from malignant prejudice... People sometimes ask because they really don't know and are genuinelly wanting to educate themselves. You're in the powerful position of supporting them in that!
