I love this perfectly designed floor plan PREFAB!

Welcome back. we will take a trip back in time and revisit the Rock Creek at Homes Direct in Albany Oregon. This one has one of the best kitchens out there. Like the master bedroom and bathroom, I actually really like the space in the master bathroom along with the two Long windows. Just imagine it on a beautiful piece of property and having those big windows in the bathroom, I'd want the blinds open all the time but like the option and like the fact that they all open. Enjoyed the tour thanks Nate.

I kind of love this layout! This house is built for how we live. I can just imagine a nice porch outside that laundry room. I don't have to build it long, wasting so much lumber for it to look right. Dang, I was hoping it would be even cheaper here, but it's 179386. 😆 You two have fun!

Really liked the home, just a couple of things, you're doing a great job, but... if you could slow down when you're panning around that would be great, you're making some of us dizzy. And, please don't be another Chance, be yourself, and do your own thing. Keep up the good work.

You toured both bedrooms at the den area so don't know what you Think you forgot. I like this home especially with the large dining area with room for a hutch or buffet and all that cabinet space and drawers I would immediately have filled up no problem. The display shelves in the dining area I would have completely filled as well. The Den needs a fireplace. The laundry room I would have upper shelves over the washer and dryer and have a regular door for easy access to the water heater.

The only thing I'd do is make the pantry a walk in pantry, add a fireplace and a sliding door in the dining room.
