My interpretation is the wurtz has a stronger richer intense flavor Chewy texture, while The lamb has a more bland creamy softer texture buttery taste similar to hass seems like 2 very contrasting tastes I have a wurtz and lamb also but haven't tried a fruit yet from lamb but I eaten from my wurts it has a Very avocado flavor.
