    Thanks for this!!! Just a quick one... The vit k.. is it recommended for ppl with micro clots due to long COVID?

      I can't give medical advice so you would have to check with your doctor about that. Here's an interesting article FYI www.lifeextension.com/newsletter/2021/7/intake_of_vitamin_k2_does_not_affect_clotting_factors

    Good info. Which supplement you recommend to lower a rapid resting heart rate? And which is the best vit C ?

      Omega 3 like fish oil and Hawthorne berries have evidence behind them to lower HR, but it will take a few months of supplementatiin to see results. Personally I would try to find the root cause of my high heart rate, check out th-cam.com/video/sDStnb6nVqY/w-d-xo.html for ideas

    How much copper for a daily? I take zinc but never thought about the affect it has on copper levels?

      Good question, from what I've seen from supplement brands I trust, they use 1 - 2 mg smile.amazon.com/Bulletproof-Copper-Reliable-Source-Capsules/dp/B071L842ZZ/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?crid=PLAFWWBTVA21&keywords=zinc+copper&qid=1649448071&sprefix=zinc+copper%2Caps%2C125&sr=8-6. smile.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Supports-Antioxidant-Protection/dp/B0001VKDDM/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?crid=PLAFWWBTVA21&keywords=zinc+copper&qid=1649448071&sprefix=zinc+copper%2Caps%2C125&sr=8-4 I also had my levels checked by a functional doc to make sure they are in optimal range as the zinc / copper balance is important for mental health as well

    Have you tried gelatin instead of collagen?

    • @HRVHackers
      @HRVHackers  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have. They are pretty similar, but for me Collagen worked better. You have to experiment with different brands and types to see which one works best for you.

    What do you think about GABA??

    • @HRVHackers
      @HRVHackers  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Generally speaking I think it's better to take supplements that helpbyour body increase GABA such as Glycine, rather than taking GABA supplements
