To put your gamma ring on your bucket, turn it upside down on the ring, on a towel, on the floor…sit on the bucket and the ring snaps right on, or u can just push down.. I’m older I sit lol. Turn upright and screw the top on. No mallet needed.

get a big electric roaster or two from walmart that is how i do mass stock and sauces

I live rural and I am so glad I found Azure Standard 3 years ago. Buying quality, organic products is not always available, especially in bulk locally. I might be able to get some of these items from multiple stores, but I would have to drive at least 1 hour to get to them. I could not imagine having to go to multiple stores at a great distance especially with young children, I guess I would if I had not found Azure and the drop was not 10 minutes from my house. I like that Azure is committed to providing quality. I understand the need to get stocked for the winter months, I personally do not want to be out on the roads after a snow storm.

If you have an electric roaster you can get a lot more chicken in it than a stock pot for bone broth 😀
