LOL, I've been to R&H. But that's just the start of Richmond! In Lansdowne, you should also try No.9 restaurant: it's 24 hour! That place is awesome. I went in at 6am once and got some rice noodles with pork and pickled vegetables. SO good. But on the way up to Aberdeen Center is a crazy little Chinese mall called Parker Place. That's like being in Hong Kong 100%. And Aberdeen Center... well I'm sure you'll do a whole video on that.

Ok Mike ! I made sure I went to R&H when I went to Vancouver last year and I wasn’t disappointed! After eating the soup dumpling , I wanted some chives dumpling but I knew I wouldn’t be able to eat the whole order so I asked the owners there if I could order 1/2 order and they said sure ! I was so satisfied after eating both ! Thanks for your recommendation!
I think Eddie Wong's way of eating soup dumpling is the best i've seen so far though. and I'm from Shanghai and have been eating soup dumplings since i was born. LOL~

My favourite food stall at Lansdowne Mall is actually the Taco one. Their taco is yummy, in big portion and cheap! To be honest, the best soup dumplings I have ever tried is from Dynasty, a Shanghai restaurant in Richmond. Their dumpling skin is very thin and the soup is rich. Dynasty also has super good 四喜烤麸，京酱肉丝，香干马兰头。
Next time, try Shanghai River on Westminster Hwy. I think they are by far the best xiao long pao I have ever tasted. In my humble opinion, even better than Din Tai Fung in Taiwan.

Ichiran Raman noodle they have it in New York City, New York, USA if you still want to eat it yourself or with someone else. You should go try that place to see if the that place is as great as when you went to japan to try it there.

We drove to Canada after watching your video and tried out R&H Chinese Food. We ordered the same things you did. We really loved the XLB! Like you experienced it had a full spoon full of soup per XLB!!! We tried their dumplings but it didn't have the pop of juice like yours. It tasted just ok. The rest of the items just ok to us. They weren't bad but it was ok. We enjoy your videos! Thank you for making them!😊
I used to work in the area, so I ate their semi-regularly. It really is a good spot for Northern Chinese food in Vancouver, which is still generally uncommon compared to the plethora of Southern/HK cuisine options. But man, thick dumpling skin is the shit.
Next time you're back in Vancouver, go to Crystal Mall and try Shanghai Dimsum House in the food court! Best xiao long bao in the town. Huge buns, thin wraps, and tonnes of soup!
I just went to R&H today I love the soup dumplings and they have one of the best in Richmond, their noodle soup is really good too awesome flavour and noodles are nice and chewy , and if you like Ramen go to G-men on Alexandra rd one of the best Ramen places in Richmond/Van

Taco Luis is great and the owner is hilarious. Only thing I wish is that they had more sauces.
