    I made smooth strawberry mousse
    This reminds me bittersweet life, which is korean movie. I don’t know why it comes to my mind.. but yea (:
    This mousse is may not as sweet you think, so you should taste it and put more sugar into it!
    You can use castella or other cake sheet instead of genoise

    ◆ Ingredients (7 8cm cake)
    250g(8.8oz) strawerries
    200ml(3/4cup plus 1tbsp) heavy cream
    15g(1Tbsp) sugar
    15g(1Tbsp) lemon juice
    6(2tsp) gelatin powder (7.5g(3+2/3sheet) gelatin sheet)
    3Tbsp(45g) water
    genoise
    strawberry

    Wasn't the exact recipe I was looking for, but I'm so glad I watched, taught me 2 critical things, #1, strain the fruit! #2, temper the gelatin. Nice video, will subscribe, thank you

    The strawberry mousse looks so aesthetic and pretty, wow 🍓 I have a few questions about it! First, is the lemon juice mandatory or can I leave it out? Second, can I use a palm oil based dairy-free whipping cream or coconut cream to replace the dairy cream? I can't eat dairy, so that's why I ask. Third and last question is, can I replace the sugar with honey? 🍯 Please let me know if you are able to. I liked this video and subscribed to your channel, can't wait for new videos!

      first. you can leave it out, but just recommend to add :)
      second and third, you can replace those!

    Looks amazing! Can I make it the same recipe but instead strawberry use melted dark chocolate ?

      Umm, I would say the ratio should be a little bit different when replacing with dark chocolate. In the future, I'll show the dark chocolate mousse recipe with simple ingredients :)

    헤일리님!!얼마전부터 구독을 시작하게 된 구독자입니다!! 항상 예쁘고 맛있어보이는 요리해주셔서 감사해요! 다름이 아니라 부탁?건의?드릴게 있어요~ 영상을 볼 때마다 든 생각인데 배경음악이 깔린 영상보다는 그냥 요리할때 나는 소리만 있는 영상이 훨씬 더 괜찮을 것같아요! 물론 배경음악이 있을 때의 장점도 있지만 아무래도 영상을 볼 때 집중이 비교적 덜 되더라고요ㅎㅎ 굳이 배경음악을 무조건 없애주세요!는 아니지만 요리할 때 나는 소리만을 가지고 영상을 만드는게 아무래도 헤일리님께도 편하시고 구독자 입장에서도 집중이 잘 될것같다는 생각이 들어요! 꼭 해달라는건 아니에요! 그냥 한번만 생각해주시면 좋겠어요~ 항상 좋은 영상 만들어주셔서 정말 감사합니다!!

      딸기 한팩이 500그램에 팔고있는게 그거 반개 사용하시면 돼요!
      그리고 딸기 몇개라고 정확하게 말씀 드릴수가 없는게 딸기 크기가 다 같은게 아니라서요 ㅠㅠ
      저는 중간크기 딸기로 10~12개정도 사용한것같아요~

    ㅎㅎ 잘보고가요 근데 궁금한게있는데요 케이크틀로 커팅하고나서 크림넣고 냉장하고나면 틀하고 케이크하고 분리가잘되나요?? 영상보면서 틀제거 어떻게하시는지 넘나 궁금했던것.. ㅋㅋㅋ

      제누와즈를 위로 쭉 밀어주면서 뺐어요! 제가 사용하는건 플라스틱이라 틀에서 잘 분리되는편이에요
      분리가 잘 되지 않을때는 따뜻한 물에 데운 행주를 감싸서 살짝 겉을 녹여준다음에 틀을 쏙! 빼줘용 :)

      Oh, I don't recommend with lemon. Lemon has too mush fiber to make like this, and it will be too sour i guess😭

    Why must the gelatin be tempered?

      Gelatin needs to blooming process(soak in water) before using it. If not, it doesn't melt properly. And it will gonna clotted itself, not make moussy texture.
