Cream ingredients and preparation:
0:00 strawberries (200 g / 1 cup).
0:38 sugar (80g / 1/3 cup).
0:44 cornstarch (25g / 2 tablespoons).
0:50 1 egg yolk.
1:22 Cook until thick.
2:46 Chill in the fridge.
2:52 Chilled cream 33% (200ml/4/5 cups).
3:05 pounding until thick.
5:18 Nozzle Wilton 1M.

Oh, just thought of something! Wouldn't this be pretty if you thinly sliced a strawberry and put the slices around the bottom of your glass. Maybe pipe a little dessert in the bottom of the glass to help sturdy them. If cut a certain way the slices look like hearts💝
I cooked two roast chickens with gravy (6 pound capons), roasted potatos with thyme and rosemary for my parents 50th wedding aniversary.There was 14 of us that sat down togeather for dinner. I saw this and thought it would be a nice light dessert. Made 3 batches...lol. It was a hudge hit. Served it in dessert cups with small shortbread cookies. Thank You for the recipe 😊

Fresh strawberries are nicer hen frozen, but this recipe uses up frozen strawberries.

Definitely much longer😂 - even the video that does not show all the preparations like getting all the stuff out and cleaning and putting it back etc. is over 6 Minuten.

Update: I tried both strawberry and chocolate recipes. All I can say is “boy oh boy are they YUMMY” I messed up with the chocolate one on my first try but made a slight change and it came out perfect. Here in America we would call this pudding. Thank you for sharing. My grandchildren will be happy to know I’ll be making this again😀
