I also like that you address why we women need to dress in a way to not stress, pressure our middle area. I feel so much better when I wear dresses, pants not too tight.

      Check out Dr . John Mcdougall on TH-cam. He wrote a book called the starch solution. But basically it a low fat 10% Whole Foods plant based diet . He has a healing center in Santa Rosa California. But it walking and a low-fat plant based diet . But thousands cases of total healing from diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis is gone . Unclogged arthritis and heart .

      Stop this soda refined oil use mustard oil in cooking , plastic utensils n white sugar, eat flax seeds powder in milkshake daily n sleep early n dont keep sleeping after 7am. Do yoga , exercise it has no alternative. Stop homrmone based brioler chicken n eggs. Its all due to we are eating chemical artificial based diet. Drink cucumber juice daily. Dhamasa boti will heal ur liver.

      Don't know about asanas but I know a drink uts a miracle-- boil 1.5 cup of water,put ginger,green coriander/coriander seeds, boil it to 1 cup and drink.

      Me too! Try switching your toothpaste to an Ayurvedic one! Believe me , the chemicals present in the toothpaste like SLS, sodium Laurel sulfates are extremely bad. Google and see what all products it is included in!
      You can use Vicco vajradanti, I’ve made the switch and I’ve never faced mouth ulcers ever since!

      Soak a tea spoon of fenugreek seed in water over night.. Add some more water to it.. Boil it for 3 minutes.. Drink that water morning before food and night before food... Have food after 30 minutes of consuming fenugreek water.. Take it until u get period... Usually within 1/2 days we get period some of them get immediately

      During the periods it is advisable to do more of the relaxation postures and avoid too much strain on the back and the abdomen. It also depends on individuals. Some people are not affected at all during the periods and can continue with all the asanas, so one has to judge for themselves but caution should be taken not to get too exhausted and strained.

      Namaste Yashtiiji, Avoid practicing Asanas during the first three days of periods. Try soothing Pranayamas or breathing exercises and relaxation techniques like equal breathing, Anulom-Vilom etc.
      Nishpanda Bhava, Anitya Bhavana and Shavasana also help.

      1.Use Urad dal as much as possible... Like dosa, idli etc... 2. eat vitamin c (like orrange, lemon, Amla, gua etc) during period time...
      3.Also eat fruits (pappaya & pineapple) which increases body heat & flows more.
