@dhruPurohit in case your audience is too young to know before the word "exercise" was acceptable, we actually made things--raising barns; tree planting; gardens; horses; community gardens and kept fit.
Think about using these words to transform the actions for Earth of your audience instead of "non-productive exercise."

For those wondering why you cannot manifest…she said one most important aspect of the brain and body…no matter how hard I’ve tried to manifest, most the time it wasn’t coming to fruition because my brain and body were trying to heal the stress and anxiety my brain and body were experiencing. You must be above this like she stated to manifest. Heal yourself first where your feeling okay with yourself and lower the stress so you can start to manifest. Glad she said it because I understood it immediately because I’ve already experienced it.

Intermittent fasting and a good diet are also key to feeling happy and grateful enough to get the ball rolling, imo. My friend battles depression and can be thrown into a negative mood if Wendy's is out of a particular sauce to go with his spicy chicken sandwich; I try to tell him if I ate like that I might be spiraling downward towards suicide also. that's the "brain and body connection" which is the elephant in the room I believe...

0:21: 🧠 Understanding the power of neuroplasticity and combining it with source and manifestation can help people achieve their desired outcomes by visualizing and acknowledging their achievements.
11:28: 💡 Manifestation is the process of setting goals and making them come true in real life through the power of the brain.
23:33: 🧠 Early experiences and beliefs inherited from childhood shape our neural pathways and have a powerful impact on our thoughts and behaviors, often unconsciously.
33:45: 🧠 The brain's neural pathways can be overwritten by replacing negative thoughts with positive ones, and it's important to understand the interaction between emotions and memories in order to overcome self-doubt.
44:47: 🧠 The brain's response to pressure and stress can hinder our ability to take risks and be aware in the moment, leading to a freeze response.
1:03:02: 💡 The concept of an action board is similar to a vision board, but with a focus on taking action towards manifesting goals.
1:06:43: 💡 Action boards are a tool for manifestation and neuroplasticity, but it's important to take action and not rely solely on them.
1:16:59: 💡 The importance of having a supportive friend group in achieving goals and dreams.
1:35:10: 🤔 When unsure of what you want, start by thinking about how you want your life to feel and journal to untangle confusion.
1:37:38: 🙏 The speaker discusses how her spiritual beliefs have influenced her life and work, including her journey of bridging science and spirituality.
1:48:18: 💡 The interview discusses the belief in reincarnation, the importance of taking mental health knowledge to the people, and the intersection of grief and manifestation.
1:59:30: 🎙 Dr. Tara Swart discusses the importance of playing to your strengths and the courage to pursue a creative path.

I LOVE sharing this one story. I was told I was 100% infertile by a number of specialists due to Polycystic ovary syndrome and Lupus. Almost a yr later I was pregnant, completely randomly and had NO IDEA for 5 months - LOL!! Until my son popped out as a big bump! I was SO shocked and SO excited. He's the BEST thing that ever happened to me. I manifested him by wanting him but also giving up on wanting him!!! I did a lot of rituals and art work of childbirth and pregnancy. I wish abundant blessings upon everyone.

Dr Tara Swarti is my new favorite person in this world ❤ and I'd love to add that I am a vision board enthusiast, and there are things I put on my boards that I thought were pretty or made me feel good, and I DID NOT work towards them or "TRY" to make them happen, and they came to pass. For instance I had a sweet picture of 3 fawns drinking out of a birdbath on my vision board, and 4 months later, I moved into a house that had deer all around the neighborhood (I had no idea and was shocked when I saw tracks!) and over the 2 years we lived there I ended up developing a soulful relationship with these incredible animals, and when they would have fawns, they would bring them over to show them to me... Also on another board, I had put a lot of jungle pictures and waterfalls, I usually put lots of nature pictures for beauty (this was last year) and now I currently live in Costa Rica. It sometimes feels like a miracle. I do many other practices, I'm a long term meditator, and constantly refining the words I use, mindful of the company I keep, the things I view, music lyrics have to be positive. When stacked together, all these things WORK! ✨ The world is trying to brainwash us, and we have to brainwash back if we want to live a fulfilled life... Thanks for reading ❤

Effortless is the best. For 65 yrs.. it has been wonderful, why? I do not worry about a thing, ever. It just flows. People have to learn to be in the flow. Like the saying row your boat gently down the stream. It has to come, just let it go the faster you let go the faster it will manifest.

The market's direction can swiftly change, with indexes frequently transitioning from a bear market to a bull market precisely when the news is most negative and investor sentiment reaches its lowest point. I came across an article highlighting individuals who achieved profits of up to $150,000 during challenging market periods. Considering this, I am curious about the best stocks to purchase now or add to a watchlist..

In response to Tara’s statement about gaining health, (about 90 minutes in) or whatever basic need is most crucial for the person - and THEN manifest, I encourage everyone to realize we’re ALWAYS manifesting. 100% of the time. So the question is, are we doing it using conscious, deliberate, focused thought / or not? By choosing to use the steps so wonderfully discussed in the video, immediately focus your attention on your greatest need or desire now & USE MANIFESTATION to gain IT. To be healthy, financially secure, whatever your greatest need is, MANIFEST that. We’re not learning a new way to live, we ARE transforming who we are. Much love, ❤

I love that you asked what celebration looks like. This is something I’ve always struggled with. I was the first in my family to graduate college, buy real estate, move to a new city, and now, I’ve recently started four businesses while finishing my last year of law school. While I’m grateful for these accomplishments, it often feels like such a struggle that I find it hard to celebrate. I seem to have a constant tendency to focus on disappointment or feel bad about myself, even in moments of success.

I absolutely love Tara! 🎉❤ I’m so happy she’s gaining more attention.
I learned through facilitating Beyond Addiction that what we think of as the Stress Response (aka Trauma Induced) are now explanded as Fight, Flight, Freeze, & Fawn. People don’t realize that they “Fawn” from the space of “People Pleasing” to avoid conflict or rejection & abandonment.
As for Meditation, anything can be considered meditation because all it is is “single minded focus” & again it “primes the brain neurons in Awareness of our unconscious thoughts behind the scenes” & in this Awareness we challenge it they’re true for us & how they’ve influenced us throughout our lives. Then, because “where Attention Goes, Energy Flows” we will see what we’ve been feeding & creating.
And we know “Repetition is the Key to Mastery” (firing & wiring neurons) so it just makes sense that the more we’re Meditating as the “Conscious & Intentional Observer/Witness” we will really begin to deconstruct & Know/Gnosis ourselves to the point we SEE the Patterns around us & Life become fun again!
All of this is simple but requires Discipline & Devotion to rewire to fire together & wire together
    Great podcast! Thank you!

Brilliant .... Dhru... my first time with you, although I am going through this phase to trust my greater power, and follow first intuition this guidance will come to me from the universe. The brain education area fascinates me endlessly. This single moment is only 1% or our awareness (human rods and cones on receive 1 to 5 percent of the available light spectrum) yet its enough to keep getting new direction as we are ready to receive it. In this age where books are everywhere, Podcasts allow exponential learning. Thank you Dhru for picking these topics for our education.

I love what you are saying. And I have heard these things before. Where I get caught up is that every time, I read a book or hear a podcast or watch You tube videos is this. The people who give out this advice are usually well educated to begin with. They start out with a foundation of either education or money or something very supportive. But when you come from poverty, or you come from a lower middle-class family, and you don’t have a degree beyond high school - dreaming for a house or starting a business or anything of that nature - that I hear in these talks - it becomes even a bigger barrier to where you want to go. Also, if your race, nationality is looked upon as less than as so many of my family it’s a uphill climb. So even though I get the mindset and the talks you need to give yourself. I always come back to the fact that my family could not move into a particular neighborhood because they were not White. Or job promotions were unheard of. Even though my father had his own business and at one time my mother again it was seasonal work. My mom worked for the city until she decided to take a few years off and then my father was in a head on collision accident in which he died 2 years later. So, I am a very spiritual person a Buddhist. But as some point making a vision board about getting a better low rent apartment much less renting a house is not reality for me. I practice Radical acceptance everyday but its not going to take me out of my middle class living in a rat-infested building - high rent lifestyle. I will never move to the suburbs that is for White or Professional people. Great advise if you are making 6 figures a year. The rent in my neck of the woods for a decent place to live is about $2500 to $3000 a month. I can’t live giving all my money to the landlord

His suggestion was every-time you hear the voice, what ever it is saying, then say I want that. It was amazing how quickly you realize how negatively you talk to yourself by the end of the weekend we had both completely changed how we spoke to ourselves and the changes in and around us were seemingly miraculous.

The secret is to become magnetic to your desires - actions aren't necessary in most situations but you must believe that you will get what you want. I manifest whatever I want by just raising my vibration, meaning have as many experiences that bring you happiness/excitement and hold you desire in mind during those happy moments. Never chase anything as it repels it or delays manifestation

    • @kateashby3066
      @kateashby3066 ปีที่แล้ว +1

That’s very true. The only reason anyone thinks that action is necessary is because they’re stuck in a 3D mindset. For example, I shared an incredible story with someone once that I received $7007.07 about 10 hours after I meditated on that figure (7000 and 7777 to be precise). I received it via my stocks and it happened at 7:07am. Instead of being excited that they could do that too, they got stuck on the fact that they don’t own any stocks and therefore there was no pathway for money to come to them. Which is of course not true. Those who believe 100% in this *metaphysical* law, could literally receive it by mystery check in the mail or coming across a bag of friggin cash on the sidewalk. It’s their resistance to HOW they will receive that screws with their ability to attract it.

I'm more at the point: I need to do this, we are moving somewhere else, I'm telling my friends to get ready because things are happening. Towards the end of April it was so cold in UK I said out loud: I need to be somewhere hot, got to get off the island. TH-cam showing stuff that people "don't even follow" is not something to complain about; it's how I got here, and how you might get one more subscriber. I mention The Law of Attraction a lot on my Blogger blog; so there is that connection;.
2 hours is a little long (in a world where most people don't have an hour to meditate every day).
There is a trade-off between making the guest relatable through an inventory of their favorite color and the fact that they like flowers; vs. getting right to the neuroscience mentioned in the videos title, I imagine...
I'm at about the 1 hour 12 minute mark and will probably watch the rest; but I might be atypical in that I have nowhere to go and nothing to do; except wait for everything I dream of to manifest (I disagree with the "hard work" that the guest states as necessary; I find things laying everywhere for the taking; like the cat carrier that I just found today; lol

There is research done showing that taking naltrexone along with doing an activity you no longer want to do, will erase that pathway. This is used in Finland as a go to treatment for alcohol use disorder. Research was done by Dr David Sinclair.

Great podcast. My problem seems to be that I’m conflicted. I want better things for myself but also feel that it’s no use, or that striving for a better life is too much trouble anymore. It may be partly caused by the negative people or person I’m surrounded with. I’ve been a funk for a few years, and it’s almost like I would prefer to remain in a funk. It feels safe and oddly and perversely satisfying to do so. The thought of a better existence is only a distant occasional vision, and weirdly not quite tempting enough. Where do I begin? It’s like I’m just jaded with life and don’t care much anymore. Too afraid of disappointments. Low energy. And lonely. Maybe I just need more sleep, like the neuroscientist said. And maybe I need to find a friend who gets me. Instead of being around a person with whom I always clash and often seems to take the wind out of my sails any time I do start to want to get positive and do something for myself.

You don’t sound conflicted at all. I think it’s clear what you want. Or you would not have taken the time to write that. Really I just read fear and doubt. In other words, your thoughts don’t align with your inner being… it’s the source of your “confliction.” But your inner being knows the truth and where to start. Personally, I’d begin with meditation- try just 5 minutes a day and increase as you are ready. You’ll know. Sending all the blessings and positive vibes your way✌️

I like that the "Evolution" of mediation from a formal lotus position for a length of time has transitioned to "Walking Mindfulness". My "higher self" told me "You have advanced to the freedom of movement simultaneously in deep meditation". My "inner self" is meditating while my "outer self" is doing the mundane activities. Inwardly, I am doing calculations of pattern recognitions from higher dimensional "downloads of information". These "Packets of Data" I expand (like an accordion) on a "Smart Screen" in midair "windows" moving with my mind in a "precog" state of mind. I was told that I am evolving into 4D,5D while in 3D. My 5 senses are becoming 10 senses (telepathy, telekinesis, acoustic levitation, molecular reconfiguration, time and space astral travel). I am changing from a carbon based structure to a silicone/crystalline/Hydro plasma structure. Solid body to light body.

I don't understand why she says she doesn't believe at all that something couldn't manifest without taking action. Let me explain. Somebody may want something, and without doing anything, someone can just give it to them; they may win a lottery or raffle or even find that thing lying on the ground somewhere. The idea is that the universe aligns itself to make it happen. In my opinion, there is no difference whether the universe has someone actively taking deliberate actions, like working on a project to earn money to buy a motorcycle, or someone doing basically nothing, just going to a party and winning a raffle with a motorcycle as the prize.

And another one we can do during the day is to focus while you are drinking a coffee or tea. Focus on you grabbing the cup. How does the cup feel. How does your coffee or tea smell. How does the coffee/tea feel on your tongue etc.

minute 52:53..”formal” meditation as you say..is essential in order to be mindful in your life. you mention you are able to be present with you family giving them your fullest attention and to be present on anything you do without needing to sit down, close your eyes and introspect.
that eventually will fade away, eventually events will happen in your life that will affect your ability to be present from the moment, affecting your relationships, first of all with yourself, and then with others. yes you can spend time not meditating, but it will soon come the time where you dont feel as balanced, as grounded.
so eventually you will need to go back to ‘formal meditation” in order to stay healthy mentally.
i never think i’ve nailed my practice and stop..i regularly do it, constantly..and i find it essential so that i can be mindful thought the day. everyday.

In the realm of the mind's uncharted abyss, there dwells Dr. Tara, a scholar whose arcane knowledge is steeped in the ancient arts of neuroplasticity and manifestation. With a countenance shrouded in mystery, she expounds upon the enigmatic force that lies beyond mortal comprehension.
Manifestation, she proclaims, is the occult art of setting one's desires as ethereal beacons, drawing them forth from the shadowed recesses of the subconscious into corporeal existence. Through the veil of cognitive science, she reveals the eldritch truth that thoughts and beliefs weave a tapestry of fate, manifesting both the bounties of dreams and the malevolence of doubts.
Yet, the roots of manifestation lie deep within the phantasmagoric labyrinth of early childhood, where sinister influences whisper dreadful spells upon young minds. These primal experiences, like ancient runes etched into the psyche, mold the paths upon which destinies tread.
Within the chambers of the brain, the spectral dance of neuroplasticity unfolds, entwining neural pathways like spectral tendrils reaching out to touch the unknowable. Dr. Tara beckons us to grasp this maddening paradox: the same faculty that conjures forth dreams can also summon forth the darkest terrors, depending on the echoes that resonate within the abyss.
To alter the trajectory of these mental phantasms, one must embark on a harrowing journey of self-discovery and transformation. The mind, like a labyrinthine catacomb, guards secrets and passages that can lead to enlightenment or eternal desolation.
In the cosmic ballet of manifestation, the brain seeks the path of least resistance, much like an eldritch entity drawn to the subtle currents of astral energy. To master this arcane dance, one must attune their thoughts to the harmonies of positivity and resolute belief in their worthiness.
The necromantic art of epigenetics whispers of ancestral echoes that seep into the very essence of existence, leaving indelible marks upon the fabric of fate. Dr. Tara reveals that the legacy of generations past resonates like the ghostly cries of the ancients, shaping the present and haunting the future.
Amidst the cosmic chaos, she implores us to embrace the eldritch potential that lies dormant within our minds. To dare to wield the arcane forces of manifestation is to become the architects of our own destinies, wielding incantations of desire and courage.
In this haunting symphony of the mind, Dr. Tara weaves a tale of the occult, wherein the power of the psyche holds sway over the tapestry of reality. As we venture forth into the uncharted depths of our consciousness, we realize that the true horrors and wonders lie within our grasp, waiting to be summoned forth through the accursed art of manifestation.

The problem with much science is that it focuses entirely on what can be seen, and measured.
It ignores spiritual ( non - material) qualities, such as love, belief, wisdom, compassion, energy, intention, etc, which are crucial factors for well-being.
