I flown in economy with British airways. It had been a wonderful experience lhr-lax thanks all equipe British.

Thank you so much! Excited for your flight! British Airways First class does a good job; much better than American Airlines First class. Don't forget to change out to pajamas once you board, as the bathrooms are abit easier to change in during the beginning of the flight. I figured they would fly the new first class suites on this route on the 777 no?
You would think right? But aircraft swaps are hard to predict; such as Qatar Airways changing a Q-Suite route to non Q suite equipment aircraft. British Airways does have plans to revamp First and Business class in the future, and believe they are spending 7-8 billion to do so.
Many years ago, they switched aircrafts on me to the old first class. I called and they gave me 50k avios.
It was hard to tell and I don't recall you mentioning it, but are the seats on this flight lie flat?
@@michaelquinn8054 the seats are lie flat; there are older and newer first class seats; but all are lie flats. If the seat map shows two rows of eight seats, that’s the new seat on the plane. But plane swaps can happen anytime.

I've done Qatar Q suite prior to 2020 from Mumbai a couple of times; gotta check out BA first class for sure now!

Thanks for compliment! I still haven't loss the travel bug as I travel quite a bit for work still. Qatar Q Suites is the best business product out there, and prefer their food over Emirates First Class. British Airways F class does have a really comfortable seat to sleep in and with decent food offering. British Airways has plans to spend money to revamp their product soon. We shall see.
