love the 777 - great plane! I've flown through LAX a few times years ago and literally cannot remember a thing about it apart from the view of the marina del rey on take off! Looked a great trip and the bed / privacy / food etc - a real treat.

I took this from jfk to istanbul. I slept for hours, and they stuffed me with food like I was Hansel. Service was top knotch. It was true first class. Unlike Emirates the colors were soft & bareable

I went to NYC with hand luggage so accessed the business lounge earlier on during the day… no worries…

Good video, without the waffle. Was a welcome glass of something offered? Was breakfast served? Was there a chouce of food? The menu doesnt give an opinion.

Yes you are correct they do. Unfortunately they don’t fly any planes with first class from Vegas anymore so would have had to take a voluntary downgrade.

@@cmftravel3125 no, British airways uses the 777 there, which has first class. Korean air also flies there and they use the A330 I believe, which also has first class.

@@SYDAirlineEnthusiast not all BA 777’s have first class. Since they retired the 747’s BA haven’t flown planes with first to LAS. Only to LAX and SFO.

Guess the food in the lounge all seemed fresh as you did mention your flight was the first BA to leave that day?

The flight was around 17:30 and was the first BA flight of the day (I think) - it is a One World lounge so would imagine there were a few others but it did seem to get busier as the afternoon went on.

Just curious, but if you were flying First you had access to the First lounge, but you chose to visit the Business lounge instead. I just wondered why?

At the time the first lounge was closed so we had no choice ☹️. But back to LA in April so will have a look then!

I flew first class with BA back last year in to LAX on my way to Hawaii NEVER EVER AGAIN. I'm going back this year again but going with Virgin upper class.
