Another tip to add, Compression Socks. They say a lack of circulation of blood can also cause fainting/passing out, the blood can pool at your feet/legs due to sitting for long periods mixed with the pressure/etc. So planning that your going to walk back to the bathroom once for every like 2 hours on the flight. I'm sorry to those sitting next to me, but I'm protecting my health just as much as yours. LOL 😂.

Looks like a nice flight up until the emergency, how scary to be woken up that way. Glad he was checked and seemed ok.

I have to be careful when we take off it makes my blood pressure drop. And that’s true the g force on ur body. If he gets dizzy on rides at amusement parks his body doesn’t handle the g forces. He needs to wear compression socks and take a baby aspirin.
Hoping he is well on the way to recovery. I too have passed out on an aeroplane. I was sandwiched in the middle of the plane between two tall men (one being my dad).
When I was on SQ a380 flight to London i had seatbelt on and I was sleeping and air strewdress checked on me and saw me shivering so she gave me nice warm blanket

This is just a suggestion. Drink as much water as possible before boarding the plane, before the meal. Order a low salt meal. Good luck.
