Intersection Solver is a tool I've written in Maya 2018, updated in 2022.

Can you use this to alembic files also? In order to find lets say intersections between a simulated cloth and skin, for example or even between different garments?

I've never had that in mind but seems like pfxToon works with animated alembics. though it leaves a little ghost if you have the node selected.

possible to solve only one side? meaning one mesh surface to conform to the surface of the other mesh?

Thanks! Try the Muscle Tool. It's more suited for Ziva anatomy stuff.
