Never thought to use air fryer for a burger even tho use it for all kinds of things. Definitely gonna try this next time instead of pulling out the large grill or deal with the stove

Usually burgers shrink a little when you cook them, the ones he made look like they stayed pretty much the same size as when they were raw. Great job!

Thanks to this video. I was able to make this at work yesterday, cause they have an air fryer in the break room and I wanted burgers. Didn't have cooking spray so just added a bit of water after it preheated and just needed 5 mins each side and was quite juicy to say the least. They were also stuffed with bacon and cheese cause break doesn't allow a lot of time for burger assembly. Just ketchup and mayo on a toasted bun was good enough. Cheers 🍔

I never buy a fast joint burger or at any establishment. They just can't touch my own burgers at home. It's not even a contest.
I like Bubba Burgers frozen for about 16-17 bucks for two pounds. A little extra cash but worth it! I like their irregular shape and quality. I might go with tomato and lettuce or just with fried onions(my favorite). Never cheese..... don't want anything spoiling that burger taste.
Will definitely try air frying burgers with my new fryer/oven arriving Tuesday.
Well, now that I'm just about drooling, it's time to get dinner going.
    Guess what's on tonight's menu?
Don't like fries but have fallen in love with roasted brussel sprouts.

@@cookingwithtgg7751 All kinds of ingredients that can be added to sprouts but I just go for that roasted spout flavor and I don't want anything getting in the way. I just discovered roasted sprouts so novelty hasn't worn thin.
I'm single and the secret to cooking for one is to keep it simple.
I also enjoy these little potatoes you can buy now cut in half and boiled. These are all things I wouldn't touch as a kid but in my older years have become my mainstays.

Please don't leave red in your ground beef patties. Unlike steaks where you only have to worry about the outside being contaminated, there is no "outside" to ground beef. If you are worried about your patty being too dry when cooked to a light brown, get 20% fat and go with 1/3rd lb instead of quarter pound to make up for the mass loss when the fat melts away.

There is no reason to fully cook hamburgers in this day and age having some red is perfectly fine

@@sethterwilliger9434 there are dangerous bacteria that grow on raw meat. 140 degrees Fahrenheit is considered the temperature that kills them (the dangerous ones) all. with steak, the bacteria is on the outside. with ground beef it can grow throughout. if it's "red" and not pink, it's likely to have never reached 140. most of the time they won't kill you but many times they can make you sick enough to need hospitalization. "no reason"

Dude get over yourself. Everyone is different. I eat my burgers rare. I like a cool red center. I've eaten my burgers that way for over 30 years and not once have they made me sick. There are other things out there to worry about than a little pink burger. Smh

Wtf is up with all the rare burger Nazis? I mean if yall think these are rare you are nuts. They look about med well. Slightly pink. Way too done for me but im not on here bitching about it. If yall like your meat brown and well done go for it. Nobody is forcing you to eat it this way. If its too rare for y'all then cook it longer and keep your opinion to yourself. my gosh. Nothing wrong with this burger.

I'm CARNIVORE-- and I like the juice that comes in them fried in skillet-- but lose that in MY air fryer... There are some that have a tray and catches it- but none mine.. kinda concerns me a bit. I've used mine for burgers and they ARE good-- but I need all the fat in them...
