There are going to be a good amount of characters who unfortunately will not become playable characters in Smash.
But it's still interesting to think about what kind of move sets these characters can have if they were playable, so that's why I'm here today.

The reveal:
Ness (of course) will be fighting on Mt. Ebott with some other characters, but falls off. Cutscene of him falling, then he goes through the ruins, and doing the puzzles. Now, once he gets to Snowdin, he sees something in the distance. Frisk comes up, and presses a spare button. Now the screen says:
Frisk falls into the fight!
Now, they are walking together in snowdin forest, when they are met with a single flower. (you know what's coming.) the flower wraps them with vines, and then the flower cackled, and the screen says:
Flowey creeps to the competition!
But now, moved away, while turning blue. Near flowey, papyrus is building the circle-rectangle-triangle puzzle, and then spots the human and is shocked - sans is just smirking:
Sans and Papyrus have a bone to pick! (Also, it would be funny that Papyrus is face-palming at the joke while sans laughs.)
Now, they are nearly at the Skelebros' house when a looming figure (with armour) is in the distance. Now, Undyne comes at them with a spear (looking very angry) now her helmet off:
Undyne joins the battle!
Now, use realises the mistake and leaps back, nervously laughing it off. Now, they are all in the Skelebros house, and the TV turns on. Mettaton is on the screen, and jumps out of the TV screen. The screen says:
Mettaton waltzes to the battle!
He is doing a very cool pose.
Now, the screen turns to black, and the 'pacifist' route fighters (Pacifist Frisk, Asriel, Papyrus, Undyne, Mettaton (box form) and Hawaiian Asgore) are on the left, while the 'genocide' route fighters (genocide frisk with the chara skin, flowey, sans, undyne the undying and Mettaton EX and Asgore) are on the right. The middle of the screen says:
Choose your route.
The screen fades away.
Also, the screen would show fight scenes in the middle of this. Take Undyne, for example. She comes at them, and the screen changes to the reveal and then to her fighting, with Spear of Justice playing. Then it would cut back to the scene, with her leaping back.
Now *this* is a reveal!
YES! SO MUCH YES! ALL OF MY YES!
Frisk Dreemurr OH YES!!!
Amazing. And two how long did that take to type?
And then they go to New home where they see a looming figure who pulls out a giant red trident. Then light will shine on the figure revealing it to be the king of the Monsters. Asgore shows no Mercy!

And then there's Jevil, who is probably in the quadruple digits by now despite the fact that, even as Episode 50, he's probably not happening until Deltarune is finished, which I agree with personally as Jevil is very hard to come up with a moveset for. Oh believe me, I've tried!

I really love that all the Undertale characters have the common theme of duality.
Duality?
Dr. Happyfuntimes All the Undertale characters have a second side.
Sans is a lazy comedian but also incredibly knowledgable and deadly, hidden beneath a heavy layering of apathy caused by his knowledge that Resets exist.
ASGORE is seen by the monster community as a super nice guy, but is forced by himself to murder children and free his people.
Alphys is a weeb scientist, but also depressed and suicidal from how much the creation of the amalgamates has haunted her.
Even Papyrus is implied to have his own secret side: He's a narcissistic goofball who jumps at the chance to be a good friend, but is heavily implied to be _incredibly_ powerful, but too nice to use it.

I like this but I would use his special attacks more. Like the Dair could be Metal Shark, Burn Dinorex or Frost Walruses weapons. His UB would be Ryuenjin. His Final smash would probably be Rekkoha. B or FB would be Web Spiders weapon. I think using the special weapons would make more sense.

when a taunt is fundamental to a character gameplay, sakurai allows it's use online, the only exemple at the moment is kirby, who can taunt online to intentionaly get rid of his hat.

But that isnt essential to the moveset. Kirby NEEDS the taunt for his moveset to work. Greninja doesn't.
One thing for the ratings system: maybe have the ratings be influenced by teammates during a team battle taunting (treating them as just a simple pose)
I can just imagine people two kinds of people, one that wants Mettaton banned because you can't tell which way he's facing, and the other going "The waving hand is forward!"

I love how accurate MTT's personality is in this. Will he take any and all chances to increase his ego? Yes. Will he also give passionate advice and do everything in his power to make everyone feel confident in themselves (trying to stop Frisk from fighting Asgore notwithstanding)? YES.
I’m an antagonist, but I’m a good sport.
This is my favorite appearance of a character. Not necessarily the entire moveset, but I adore the poses, the glamour, and the front facing visage of Mettaton to the audience.
This is by far my favorite move set you’ve done so far! I’m still working my way through the rest of your move set videos but I haven’t even played this game yet and I already LOVE this character!

Idea for Mettaton's movement: Instead of always facing the front, Mettaton would turn his body slightly to the direction he's moving , but just enough so that most of his face can be seen.

Hi another outstanding video I love your work and you said a BIG character for the 50th and you liked my last post for godzilla for smash I have the idea I have been thinking about it since the last message and I have an idea for the taunts first he can stomp the ground and roar either the arigenal Godzilla roar or a new one for smash the second he can start flashing a nucular pulse then at last for the memes he can start doing his ridiculous showa dance and the shield he will tense but not block with his arms but use the shield from godzilla earth

How about: Red from Angry Birds? Not his design from the Movie, his classic, iconic OG design. Angry Birds was one of my favorite games when I was younger so I’d love to see an imagining of him in Smash.

Although, considering Deltarune is still a Demo, I guess we shouldn't expect to see them until much later on, until there is more to work with unless you plan on doing a lot of improvising and referencing the various Acts in the Demo, not unlike what you did with Frisk.

I would love to see a Tomba moveset, and for everyone who doesn't know who Tonba was, here is a short description.
Tomba was a RPG like platformer where you got equipmet, completed quests, and went around destroying the evil pigs with your choise of hammers, boomerangs, and flails. Unfortunatly there were only two Tomba games made for the playstation before going dark, but if anyone else knows of this great and lovable franchise, I encorage you to help Tomba get a smash moveset concept made by Brawlfan1.
Please do a moveset for the prince from prince of persia.

I feel like the stage intro you did would work better for Mettaton EX, because I feel like it would make more sense for his box form to just bust through the background.
You certainly do know how to put on a show, especially with Mettaton. Also, I like how it's become a theme with your Undertale boss characters that they have a black and white texture as one of their alternate colours. Very nice detail.
