There are going to be a good amount of characters who unfortunately will not become playable characters in Smash.
But it's still interesting to think about what kind of move sets these characters can have if they were playable, so that's why I'm here today.

Mistakes in the video:
When talking about the Spread shot, I say that there are 3 shots, and try to correct myself by saying that there are 4.
Turns out I just can’t count and was still wrong. There are 5 in total.

My ideal cuphead final smash is cuphead using art 1,mugman using art 3 and chalice usinv spirit rush.kinda like pokemon trainers final smash
The fact that the Delicious Last Course (If you just put the first letter of each word for it you get DLC which I think is pretty clever) is still not released in 2022 means that it is very good that Brawlfan decided not to wait for the DLC to rlbe released before doing this moveset.

This has to be the most creative moveset I've seen for Cuphead. Other movesets I've seen strictly use things from the game, but yours has all sorts of references to old cartoons. It makes it way more unique and "Sakurai-like". Keep up the good work!

You made a good choice choosing to do it before the Dlc, seeing as it got pushed back even further after a while. I'm a pretty big Cuphead fan myself and if Cuphead were added to Smash as more than a Mii costume, I'd definitely wanna play as him.

also, here's my own spin on the "entering a fight stage"
Cuphead would actually be DRAWN onto the screen, and then do his pulling-up-his-pants thing that he does before most boss fights. the latter could also serve as an idle animation.
Here’s another victory animation: Cuphead would reach out and pull a soul contract from the camera. He then turns around with said contract to reveal that the contract was from the opponent he fought and start laughing! For multiplayer matches, it would be of all the opponents he fought in the match.

I actually have a good idea to represent cuphead’s game better: you only get 2 shots, but you can choose pre-fight. One will be the neutral special, the other will be the side special. More of a DIRECT reference to cuphead. And to balance him out. (I’d add the 3 DLC weapons, aka crackshot, converge and twist-up).

Now I think about it Terraria does have a LOT of weapons, tools, etc that can easily make a moveset from.
For some reason I was thinking about using the Dungeon Guardian or the Moon Lord tbh but I like your idea more.
Of course for cosmetics the best thing to use is the armour sets. Or have 1 set and dye it for each.
He could use a pair of wings or the rocket boots for multiple jumps.
I'd say since he knows how everything is made or where to get certain items something from each biome and boss would be cool to see. For example the Shield of Cthulhu for a dash attack/passive shield
Of course all of them will be close enough to one another in terms of shape, design, etc.
Little thing if he dies is it popping up with a random guide name saying he was slain

I think it would make more sense to choose/cycle between Weezing, Arbok, and Meowth since those are their most iconic Pokemon from the original series, but I agree that Team Rocket would be an amazing addition.

A attcaks:
nutr: basic jab
ftlt: a back pack swing
btlt: a duble kick backwords
utlt: a smol dash upwords
dtlt: she looks at a map poking the aponent
dash: a smol trip and she dashes out of it doing LARGE knock back(but it is verry punishable)
Smash attacks:
she will dash in all of the smash attacks(sorry)
B attacks:
these ones i had to get creative ;)
Nutral: madilen will hold up a miror and you charge for a few seconds and it will crack.
miror madilen will then come out of the miror and attack.(this is kinda a getta way from me attack)
Side: will make madilen will dash in the air BUT wil do her dash-long jump when on the ground.
Down: theo will dig out of the ground and deal good knock back he will then go back in the ground
Up B: she will dash up with miror madilen's help
The Grabs:
Grab: she would grab with both hands.
pummle: she would do a fastish head-butt
F throw: she would dash into the apponent
U throw: madilen would throw them upwords and miror madilen would do a sucker punch LANCHING the
foe
D throw: she would dash in to the foe and miror madilen woud thow them upwords
B throw: madilen would throw them back words but if the apponent is 100%+ miror madilen would kick the foe
THE FINAL SMASH:
This would be a cinamatic final smash
where the Celest mountin would explode with a dark energy and the core is the last bit left
the people who get caught in the core would EXPLODE and send 20+ miror madilens attacking the foe(s)!
that is my move set for madilen from the game celest!
What If The Devil Was In Smash?
Bio: The Devil is the main antagonist of Cuphead. The owner of the Devil's Casino and ruler of Inkwell Hell, The Devil deals with anyone to grant their wishes at the cost of their souls. Upon seeing Cuphead and Mugman's winning streak at the Craps table, he offered them all the loot in his casino if they won one more roll, but if they lost, he would claim their souls. Cuphead, blinded by riches, threw the dice before Mugman could stop him and, be it by coincidence or the game was rigged, the dice landed on snake eyes and the Devil won. Cuphead and Mugman begged for the Devil to not take their souls and they asked if there was anything else they could give him for exchange. The Devil offered the brothers a list of the soul contracts from his previous debtors and told them to gather them all before midnight. If they failed, he would be the one collecting theirs. The Devil will be a heavyweight character. He'd have 2 jumps and no additional movement options.
[The A Attacks]
Note: The Devil will be using the same cartoon moves that Cuphead uses in your moveset, but they'll be a bit more....darker than Cuphead's moves.
Jab: The Devil will have a 2 hit jab where he slashes a claw forward and then stabs his trident forward.
Dash Attack: The Devil takes a serpent form and slithers forwards.
Side Tilt: The Devil's skull pops out from the mouth of his skin and bites forwards.
Up Tilt: The Devil grows ram horns, his hands become hooves, and his arms extend as he claps upwards.
Down Tilt: The Devil crouches and his tongue whips forward like a chameleon. Oh, and his tongue would be in the shape of a devil's pitchfork.
Side Smash: The Devil transforms his claw into an axe and reels back his arm. When the button is released, he'll swing his arm forward while slightly extending it. This Side Smash hits hard, but there is some endlag where the Devil's arm turns back.
Up Smash: The Devil grabs his head and detaches it from his body, raising it into the air as his horns extend. The Devil's horns deal large DMG but only hits above him.
Down Smash: The Devil turns his head into a ball and chain with his evil grin on it and swings it around his body.
Neutral Aerial: The Devil spins his trident around himself, and as he does, 4 blazes of blue fire spin around him.
Forward Aerial: The Devil clasps his hands together and they turn into a mace. He then swings it forwards from high to low. This Forward Aerial can spike if sweet spotted.
Back Aerial: The Devil spits out a pillar of fire out of his mouth.
Up Aerial: The Devil's horns turn into a pair of jaws that bite upwards.
Down Aerial: The Devil summons a flaming poker chip that falls downwards.
[The Grabs]
Grab: The Devil grabs with both hands.
Pummel: The Devil grows ram horns and headbutts the foe.
Forward Throw: The Devil knocks the foe to the ground, then swings his trident like a golf club and hits them in the tush, sending them forward.
Back Throw: The Devil sticks his trident into the foe, then swings his trident with the foe still on it over himself into the ground behind him, launching them backwards.
Up Throw: A hole would appear under the foe and they fall into it. The Devil then raises his arms, and the hole spits out a pillar of fire that shoots the foe upwards.
Down Throw: The Devil takes a spider form, jumps above the foe, and crashes down on them.
[The B Attacks]
Neutral Special (Devil Magic): The Devil holds his trident forward and spins it, creating one of 3 projectiles:
4 crystal balls that bounce around the stage.
Five fireballs with eyes that move left to right.
and 6 fireballs in a hexagon formation that home in on foes
These all deal small DMG.
Side Special (Demon Call): The Devil points forward and a small purple demon runs forwards a fair distance before running left and right. The demon deals small DMG to foes who come in contact with it.
Up Special (Skeleton Jump): The Devil's pulls his skeleton out of his skin to send it jumping high into the air. The Devil then goes into free fall. When the Devil lands, he sprouts his skin. The Devil's skeleton can deal DMG when it jumps.
Down Special (Bat Bomb): The Devil stares at the camera and his pupil turns into the shape of a bomb with bat wings. The shadow then flies out of the Devil's ear to reveal a Bat Bomb. The Bat Bomb flies towards the foe and after 4 seconds, it explodes, dealing large DMG to foes in its wide radius.

The screen goes dark and the Devil disappears. Then, the Devil rises from the center of the stage as a giant red behemoth! The Devil then summons small demons that run all around the stage, Fat Demons that fly around and spit skulls, axes that fly in circles, and Bat Bombs that fly everywhere. The Final Smash ends with The Devil lighting the stage on fire, dealing racking DMG before launching foes!

The Devil's Default will have him in his black fur.
The Devil's 1st alt will have his fur turn red. This is in reference to his final boss form.
The Devil's 2nd alt will have his fur turn orange. This is in reference to Cagney Carnation.
The Devil's 3rd alt will have his fur turn yellow. This is in reference to Rumor Honeybottoms.
The Devil's 4th alt will have his fur turn green. This is in reference to Grim Matchstick.
The Devil's 5th alt will have his fur turn blue. This is in reference to Goopy Le Grande.
The Devil's 6th alt will have his fur turn purple, This is in reference to King Dice.
The Devil's 7th alt will have his fur turn pink. This is in reference to Baroness Von Bon Bon.
And the Devil's final alt will have his fur turn grey. This is in reference to Dr. Kahl's Robot.
For the Stage Intro:
The Devil will be seen sitting on his throne, until he notices the competition and gets up as the throne disappears in a burst of flames, ready to claim some souls.
For Taunts:
The Devil's 1st taunt will have him toss some dice in his hand.
The Devil's 2nd taunt will have him laugh as flames surround him.
And The Devil's final taunt will have him count some money.
And for the Victory Animations:
The Devil's 1st will have him in his throne, laughing triumphantly at his victory.
The Devil's 2nd will have him pull out a contract with the foe's name on it and give a wicked smile.
And for the Devil's final taunt, you'd see nothing but darkness onscreen. Then, the Devil's eyes glow as flames surround the area. Finally the Devil towers over the camera with a terrifying smile and his fists clenched.

here is my idea for alolan marowak's specials:
neutral special: alolan marowak would use bonerang, dealing multi-hit damage as well as a burning damage
side special: alolan marowak would use flame wheel when it rolls around like a blue fire ball and dealing big damage when it makes contact to it's opponent in the same way kiawe's marowak does when it uses flare blitz
up special: alolan marowak would use flamethrower by spinning it's bone downwards sending it upwards just like greninja when it uses hydro pump
down special: alolan marowak would use curse as a counter, it would make a pose and if the opponent attack marowak while posing (taking half damage), it will will club the opponent with it's bone (also causing half damage) which causes poisons
ps: in the pokemon games curse is not an damaging attack and marowak cant learn it, so i changed it up so the move could work in smash.
i believe it's "bonemerang" and not "bonerang"
The reveal trailer would be the book from Cuphead opening and showing Cuphead and Mugman playing and chasing butterflies like the main storyline. The Cuphead and Mugman turn around to see different Cuphead bosses fighting against each other to grab the Smash invitation. Mugman tries to stop Cuphead from running in but Cuphead starts punching and kicking all the bosses out of the way. When the smoke clears, Cuphead jumps from the crowd and raises his hand high with the Smash invitation and starts posing in a classic cartooney like stance that changes from being a book to a Smash Ultimate 3D animation style.

I actually do really like the concept of Cuphead just holding down b while trying to dance around the opponent. Even though it sounds campy, I feel like it would be cool if done right. Plus it would feel like how cuphead plays in his game where you're trying to dodge the opponents attacks and slowly build up your own damage. But that being said, I think the damage suggested for each shot type was way too high, like the big bouncy orbs doing 10 damage sounds insanely broken, along with the chaser shots doing 0.5. That would literally make him the best character hands down simply due to the damage output
