I am struggling with forward fold and today I tried this tutorial for first time. Troughout this practice I could not keep my legs straight while forwarding fold. But now I have bit confidence that I can make it possible. Thank you for such a helpful video Preeti. 🙏
at the beginning of the video I couldn't touch my toes, and by the end I could!!!! I'm kind of excited to see how it goes after a few weeks!!! I'll try ti come back and tell you how it went!!😄

I am going to do this every other day with Yogbela's lotus pose tutorial on counter days after my cardio. I'm going to take progress photos every two weeks or so.

Hi Preeti - I've just practiced this video twice and I feel better flexibility in my back and legs, although there's considerable scope for improvement in me, still. But this video is really helpful, as bending forward is one of the most basic poses in yoga. Thank you!

I am now touching the ground . I am practising twice a week . The distance of around 2 1/2 inches is near zero now . Will continue this for sometime till I get my palm on ground , without bending knees . Thanks a lot Preeti . Let me know if I need to do some other exercise for bending my back which is quite stiff . I will try these exercises everyday and I will keep on updating this comment section Day 1: My whole body is shaking and I realized that my body is NOT flexible at all 😔 Day 2: I can feel the tightness and trembles in my body this training is def HARD HARD for me Day 3: I still feel tight and it hurts my back knee so bad

I like this one, when i need to bend my knees for standing poses it burns my quads too. Lets hope I can unlock my shin to chin 😊

You can follow the menstruation sequence ...already uploaded on channel... or if there's a lot of discomfort pls take rest for 2-3 days..
