    I had splits in my bucket list for this year, finally found a video with which I am confident that I'll be able to Acheive it.

    I was able to finish the whole sequence but I couldn't achieve split. I will keep practicing till I achieve it.

    Thanks a lot for creating such beautiful series on your channel. I am currently following your weight loss series, and they are really nice. Few days back I was unable to do some asanas you were telling , so I thought of looking for some other TH-cam videos for “better content”, but after roaming around throughout TH-cam, I came to firm conclusion that no one can beat you. Your teaching technique is soooo good, I feel as if my elder sister is teaching me. Thanks million times.

    Thank you for this class! Will definitely do this today evening :) I love your way of teaching and have started doing yoga regularly following your videos as it's so easy and the way you tell where you should feel pressure and if we are comfortable how we can go deeper :) Really helps in doing on our own as attending specific time class is difficult with kids, house chores and office :)

    Amazing, my hamstring has stretched a lot. But still a long way to go. Hope to achieve very good hip mobility with constant practice

    I did 30 Surya namaskar yesterday from your playlist my legs are paining badly so I thought I ll not able to do this today
    27 dec - I gave up in 30 minutes

    Followed it & did it fully. But did not achieve the spilt stage. Will need to practice as you said 2-3 times a week & hoping to achieve the spilt in near future.

    I was looking up yoga videos for splits and came across this one. I was able to finish the whole sequence using yoga blocks. I can't get my heels on the floor for malasana and skandasana. I couldn't achieve the full pose, which is fine, as I wasn't expecting to on the first try.
