So agree bob x jenny ,it just seems a never ending list of little repairs. Was always gratefull for any skylite to gain access to the roof area ,even if it did contribute to a dislocated shoulder x half broken neck 😄 Enjoy your spooky night .....your well out if it my friends 👍........very much enjoyed thank you 💕
Love the work around for the sat dome! Try for a more restful stay (lol) .... hoping you have a better time and no mishaps from now on...looking forward to the next vlog. Thanks for sharing (and amusing).
Thank you for the very informative videos, they’re great. Could you tell me whether you have done one on how to level your motorhome on an uneven site? Thank you and safe travels!
Hi Bob and Jenny, shocking weather here today in Wellington, strong southerly from Cook Strait and steady heavy rain, accident promoting weather. I noticed you use ramps under the front wheels to level the van, interesting, i wouldnt have thought that to be necessary on flat ground?Regards, Bob and Lina.
Thanks, hope your weather improves for your summer. We use leveling ramps because the pitches here aren't all level and we don't have automatic levelling.
What connections are required on the aerial cable to use the TV point on bollard? We have a swift bolero 714sb with TV cable point next to electric hook up how is this connected to the TV booster
A lot of sites have different connections, so as well as a 25 m TV coaxial cable, you'll probably need a selection of adapters such as Labgear Coax (Female) to F-Plug (Female) Adaptors 10 Pack and www.screwfix.com/p/labgear-coaxial-couplers-10-pack/26904 Have a look on the Screwfix website.
I agree with her - I would not go anywhere near that spaghetti bowl :) What a mess :) Well - I think as long as you got it work - all is just fine ;) Question : What is the Motorhome insurance cost ? for your type of motorhome - and what are other insurance requirements for other types of motorhomes ? .....
Thanks for watching. Our insurance is £430 a year, including breakdown and European cover. I don't know that there are any other requirements for any other types of Motorhomes.
Yes, as soon as I connected up, the dish started going round. I use the Hero 5 session for the driving footage and the Hero 6 black for general filming.
It must be around 14 years since I've been to Meathop, that's shocked me, my doesn't time fly.
Loving the Spaghetti cupboard! 🔌🤣
That was so funny when Bob opened the cupboard. 🤣🤣
Jenny, you are right, don’t go anywhere near it! 🤣
Haha the cupboard with the birds nest. We have just booked this site at roughly the same time of year 😃👍🏻 Trev

watching again tonight from pitch 108, slightly warmer though, best wishes…
Looks a lovely site. Appreciate your arriving at videos, I find them extremely useful when looking for sites to go too.
Thanks, I've done two others here at Meathop Fell.
I found your burrs one very useful the other week. We considered Meathop for this weekend but decided on trying Hill of Oaks.
@@stuartsmall5166 Yes that looks good.
Thank you for filming the roads on your way to these sites , they're really helpful for a new tower
Thank you, I've somehow got 207 of these arriving at videos now! See th-cam.com/play/PLUi3rqw12j2pzGNxo_-xXQUQWYKOp34ZN.html
I’m at Meathop Fell at the moment. Have to say that it’s one of the prettiest sites on the C&MC network. Thanks for the recommendation.
You're welcome, we like it, and the area around it.
Nice one Bob, it will get better
Step away from THAT cupboard! ... well until you at least get home 😊

Thank you. No, I don't think I've ever included leveling ramps in a video. I might try and include it in a future video though.

@@BobEarnshawMoHo thanks for the reply Bob. Do they have the cables at meathop Fell shop? Is the connector next to ehu input connected to TV booster
@@Steellis31 they will probably have the cable but not the adapters. You'll need the Coax to F type adapter. Yes, usually on the EHU post
@@BobEarnshawMoHo thanks for the info Bob enjoy the motorhome show looking forward to the videos

@@BobEarnshawMoHo Thanks for reading and replying to my comment :)
Bob, Did your cable to cable city cupboard work? Which of the GoPros do you use for your filming and are they used for the road travel filming?

Who does Tara belong to, both Tara and Poppy are lovely dogs
Nila Kavanagh Tara is Bob’s sister’s dog.
@@jennyearnshaw7892 Ah mystery solved enjoy your break x
Using self-amalgamating tape on external coax connections is basic skills, I wouldn’t be impressed with the fitter Bob.
Thanks, it was dealer fitted and RoadPro said they've had a few like this. The dealer is a large national chain, beginning with an M.
