Your apartment is beyond perfect!!! Those French Doors and the built-in cabinet really add character to your space. Also, I love all the natural light that flows into your home.
I love the apartment I think your kitchen is beautiful, there’s so many things you can do with paint, wallpaper, and art if you still wanted to add color (if landlord allows). I think the space is charming.
i would have put an ikea daybed right against the wall in between the window, the tv mounted on the wall where the moon mirror is located so that you can tilt it when you want to watch tv when the daybed is in the bed position.., and a small recliner chair right across from the daybed near the entrance..:)

That's exciting you are moving to the bay! Right now people in SF are still very cautious for COVID, but there are so many parks/outdoor dining so the city still feels full of life. The culture here is casual and open minded, and of course almost everyone works in tech so that really dominates the culture. But all in all, SF is just a city full of weirdos which is why I love it :). I hope this helps!!
Hello! Do you know anything about Bush Street/Lower Nob Hill? I'm a bit worried as I just signed a lease in that area but I'm worried that may be too close to the Tenderloin.
Sorry for the late comment! Lower nob should be alright! It’s walking distance to cool bars/restaurants downtown, and you can always head up the hill for peace and quiet. 😊

Sf is a wonderful city and I hope you and your husband love it! Rent prices are slowly returning to pre-covid, and depending on the neighborhood, a 1 bedroom apartment will usually go for $2500-3500

Remove cabinet doors perhaps. Hang cutting boards on wall. Put texture wall paper on the wall/ brick or stones 🤔 cute decor and great smile.
I’m an old hippy @ heart. When I was in my early 20’s (way to many yrs ago) I would have loved to have this apartment; let alone live in the Height!
