I messed it up a little, but with how fussy my 2 week old is right now I will master this 😂😅 gift from a coworker so no instructions; love this very helpful video! ❤
Yeahhh tried this with my son and he screamed so bad I thought I did it wrong and was hurting him. Turns out I did it right and he just absolutely hates it. So that sucks. Still can't get anything done around the house
My first baby didn’t like being in the wrap. My second baby loves it though. I’ve used the wrap more than once a day literally every day since she was a week or two old.. she’s almost three months now.
I'm not sure why that would be, maybe you just need to wrap a bit tighter in the front? Hard to say. For head support, you can use the pieces of fabric on the side of the baby's head, the pieces that cross in the front, to cover the back of their head and support it. Never cover baby's face with it though.
Look up the newborn hug hold tutorial with the legs in, I found this much more comfortable for a new baby - I've only just come here now she's a few months old to see how they do legs out. Dress them lightly, you will feel baby sweating if it's too hot/red in the face. The wrap needs to be firm but I find it's hard for it to be 'too tight' the middle/waist panel will ride up too high if you pull on the X on your back over the shoulders too much. You want the wrap snug to your body while putting on and then it will be just right when you pop baby in. ❤
Why did the strap ends from the tie go from short to long? Mine look like it did originally but the second clip of it is throwing me off. Am I doing it wrong?
The wrap we got was waaaay too short, ended up returning it and trying another company, but that one is just as bad. I feel like most of these companies survive on the sole fact that parents are willing to try something new. 😢
That sucks the wrap I got doesn't warp around me twice but i think it's because of my height and weight i was still able to use the wrap as intended. I hope you can find one to your liking
Bummer. I noticed it's a bit short on me and I can't use it yet because my son isn't 8lbs yet. But had to learn how to wrap it and it's a bit tight feeling where the baby goes I hope that isn't an issue? Not sure.
Hey Moby, don’t put the instructions in the box, just stop printing them. Print a small piece of paper with a QR Code on it with a link to this video. If you can’t print instructions with enough contrast to be able to see what is happening, stop wasting trees. Moby wrap gets 2/5. You lose a point for anti-environmental design, you lose a point for “log in to verify you are not a bot” nonsense on your website and you lose a point for having people comment over a year ago now about how shitty your instructions are and not having changed them yet. Get better leadership if this is how you are going to operate your business.
Glad I came to watch this video. Could not figure it out with the instructions from the box.
Same 😂
😂😂same I was like ok but is it supposed to be loose is this support .. I’m going to TH-cam
Same!
Same😅
Yes! The instructions were no help

The instructions in the box suck!! Thank goodness for this video
First time father with a two day old baby . This was an absolutely perfect tutorial thank you .
Thank you for this video, I managed to wrap my 3 week old with ease using my Moby
I followed it to a t and my moby wrap is too short to be tied… am I too heavy set for it? I still have my baby fat, I’m 2 months postpartum.
Tie it in the back!

I hope it’s gotten better lovey !
Same!! 😢😢😢
Mine needed a couple of weeks to get used to a wrap, but then we both used it and loved it for over a year!
You just need to move around! I promise; most babies will settle in after you've moved around for a while.
Yep, same
Im learning this just so i can ride my bike with my dachshund dog 🐕 😌

My last part that goes across the body of the baby is always loose, how do I fix that?! It’s always gappy. And I worry about head support??

Worked great for the wife and baby. Ours seemed a bit shorter then hers though
I'm sad, no one told me I could wear my baby as soon as I wanted!! 😢 I want to try my wrap.
One size fits all.. can you do a tutorial for bigger people my partner is around 119kg and we’re struggling .
Me toooo im 230lb and it barely fitsss
Oh no I just bought mine and I'm 250... It says on Amazon is for all body types 😕 @@Liaoi_the_braider
Thanks ! I’m feeling stomach pain when I wear my baby like this how can I avoid it ?
How do I know if I wrapped it too tight? I’m worried my two week old is smashed against my body.
And I’m worried she’s going to overheat 🙃

Finally got it ty!

I was wondering the same thing. Seems a bit suspicious 🤔
What is the name of the material used please
Thank you!! This was super helpful
When you do this wrap, are the baby's feet supposed to be higher than his butt? Or can you let them dangle like in the video?
I think babies legs should be up in an M shape
Was wondering the same thing. At what age can the legs be splayed? 3 months?
@@WombMannaMassageThat is what I was wondering, too. As far as I know, their legs can't be splayed until they are a toddler
Should new born legs be out or in?
Was scrolling the comments looking
For this question and answer! 😂
In, there's a moby video for newborns too!
where to buy that one?
So precious
This didn’t work for me at all.
the instructions suck. i’m so happy i can watch someone instruct it 😂
Jaja menos mal existe TH-cam xk iba. A a devolverlo 😅

Tie it in the back
Mines super long
Ok so now show us how you get the baby out of it
TICKS.
Well iv totally been using it wrong …
So this sheet of fabric was "designed" by "Petunia Pickle Bottom"?
That is not a newborn
😂😂😂😂 right! Lol
@@agdg94😂
Doesnt need to be a newborn besides some babies are bigger than others
I don’t think they ever claimed it was …
Baby wraps aren’t only for newborns… that’s why they’re called Baby wraps and not newborn wraps

Agreed! I stared at the instructions for too long 😭 ridiculous
who else is here for their clingy cat?
I sent this to my partner so he knows how to put the wrap on by himself 😅
"promosm"
That’s a single knot…
Waste of money!!!!! Doesn’t fit around my waste, is too short and I’m not that big. BODY SHAMING COMPANY
HA!!! my wrap was WAY too short!! Fucking rip off
