You must commit to playing probably 4 hours(at least) to see if you like the first game. There were tons of people who were not willing to play the first game and they reviewbombed the first game when it was released because the game was not fun to watch other people play. You must be actually playing yourself to appreciate Death Stranding.
It's definitely one of those games! I will make sure to cherish Kojima's masterpiece, before the second one comes out 😊
They are blue because the ship they are using is traveling the Seam. That's why you also see "waves" in the background. Essentially, lifeforms in this dimension lose color.

There are two types of people in this world, those who did not like Beethoven and those who liked it, those who were against Einstein and those who were in favor and those who do not like Kojima and those who do. Everyone will know what side of the story is when a genius appears.

I wonder how many things from the director’s cut will be unlockable in the new game. Things like the jet pack really changed how I played.
"grey scale" is kind of a mechanic/lore related
you really need to play the first one for any of this to make any sense, not that it makes much sense in the first one. people got put off the first one by review bombing by people who didnt like it but they missed out, stunning game, you really have to put the hours in though but great one to dip in and out of, took me about 6 months to complete but i did build roads most of the way. more of an experience than a game which was his intention. looking forward to this

Yo the "Whys" in this game are gonna be too much like u won't understand the story its a really convoluted over the top mess.

@birdyrage it was mostly negative on metacritic that they had to delete alot of negative reviews to make it more positive on metacritic
@@waleedangel1385 Stop gaslighting. The game was reviewbombed (spite) which means fake reviews had to be removed. Also, a number of players tried the game under the assumption that it would be different than what was shown in the trailers and demo. That's the players fault.
@@birdyrage The average gamer likes easy-to-digest games with a good mix of action attached. This game was sold as a slow burn. The graphics impressed everyone and made them buy the game, regardless of how the gameplay was and they got disappointed. Also, the story makes 100% sense if you pay attention, but alas, some people just don't understand concepts like paleontology, sociology, the big bang theory, eschatology and anthropology. They get lost and then it's easier to blame the game for not making sense that to realize that their attention span is the culprit for not understanding the plot. More importantly, some people don't know what supernatural science fiction means. Supernatural brings new rules to a world and sometimes it's hard to relate to it because the imagination goes beyond their comprehension. Or.. they just dont like it supernatural. Then I wonder why they bought it in the first place. Probably FOMO.
@bemindful924 my dude negative reviews aren't a new thing every game has negative or positive reviews but if ur gonna remove just the negative ones to make it more positive than that's shady. If ur game is good u don't have to remove reviews at all. Also I completed the game its story is all over the place, the combat is terrible, the enemies are brain dead, and the world is just plain empty. Sure the emptiness is there for a reason but it gets boring later in the game. The story makes no sense the characters are non interesting and the only challenge the game has is the traversal which gets super easy with all the vehicles and gear. People didn't know what this game was about but when they played like me knew that this is movie type game with average gameplay and nxt to no combat at all.
