Eg if person born in chitirai day 1 sun will be in mesham for 2 hrs .. if that person born on last day of chitirai then sun will be in mesham for few minutes only so there is possibility of lagna will change .

Bro for April 16 2018, Mesha Lagna is from 6:13 to 7:56 and Rishaba Lagnam is from 7:56 to 9:58. ..but the difference in two is not same. One is less than 2 hours and other is greater than 2 hours, how to exactly calculate daily lagnam timings with this precision..any formula?
