I love that little utility closet, awesome touch. It's a shame that the idea of scavenged dwemer elements in modded buildings has developed a bit of a stigma over the years, because when implemented thoughtfully it really highlights how sensible of an idea it is for the setting. The older games like Redguard at times played with this idea to great effect- I wish the newer titles didn't shy away from the idea like how they seem to.
Love the subtle Dwemer touches like the "fuse board" and water pump. It adds a certain je ne sais quoi but it's not over the top unlike some other house mods, which are good but a bit far fetched. Definitely worth getting if you're not into the whole massive Dragonborn manor/estate scene.
I tend to use mods that add new player homes so it’s been quite a while since I’ve used Breezehome. I haven’t looked into mods recently which upgrade it and I enjoyed seeing this stunning option. I especially love the little outdoor porch and birdbath. As one who likes to read and collect in-game books, I like the bookshelves and bookcases near the entrance with chairs in front of the hearth nearby. The furnishings and decorations are beautifully done. The lighting switches and Dwemer boiler are unique features. Like you, the only thing I would like to see is fertile soils. I like that the home is cozy and not massive and I think it fits nicely into Whiterun. Thank you for showing us this awesome home!
Hi Feb!! Very, very nice Breezehome!! You're right, if I hadn't already bought 'Uptown' Breezehome, I actually like this one better. Like you, I would miss being able to do some of my own plantings, even if it was just some small pots inside and out. Other than that, I think this is one of (if not THE) best redo's of the rather drab original. I see where Mike King says you have 4 million views! I can't think of another Skyrim TH-camr more deserving! 8-) Lot's of love as always hun, and have a great hump day!
I love how tastefully they incorporated The Witcher assets (carved wood, day beds, some decor). I adore that modders resource pack (it’s used extensively in The Laboritorium, which is one of my favorites) but in some homes the assets are almost too sumptuous for the harshness of Skyrim. This is the Goldilocks usage of them-just right.
Oh damn here we go again! after watching some mod video's, now I need to restart Skyrim again after taking a break for 1 year, this game always seems to pull me back in. Thank you for all your time and effort doing these

A very nice Breezehome! It reminds me the one i use for LE, but with a larger basement. i like that it's not too large or too decorated like so many houses are. Those are very nice to look at, but it's too obvious they're not vanilla. This one is at the limit of the vanilla feel/look and it's just right :)
Inigo is looking for more fish. I think that's my favorite Breezehome. It has loads of storage and displays and everything you need without losing space to move around.

Really great decorated. I like the details. The dwemer technology is very well fitting in this home. Then again, who build this and why does no one else, not even the jarl has it while this home had no owner. Yes a few plants would be great. I like BHTNF Eli. I like Eli homes.

Somewhere for Aranea to sleep, room for my kiddiwinks, the weapon racks and mannequins 🤤 it’s in Whiterun which is probably my favourite city (once Braith is sent off to the orphanage (it was an accident I swear! A very well planned accident…)) and it’s an existing property so I don’t have to mess around with the bless this home spell. I so hope it’s available on Xbox 😂
if you ever have any of those clashes there’s something i do to fix them. Open the console command screen, click on the rock,tree, animal, etc. and type disable. When i figured it out i felt sooo relieved

I know its my favorite home, and using it now, I don't need room for me shiny displays lotd fixes that, but don't remember seeing a veranda or room for a follower ^^ Doh, I had this mixed up with their breezehome, Ima going to swap the other one for this, both are really good , I like this one better!!
You have a very nice voice, I think you should consider doing some follower mod voice acting. Breeze home looks great, unlike your Lydia , she looks terrible :) You should get some skin and face texture mods for her . This is the first time I see a bathroom with toilet in Skyrim btw, nice touch. I'm gonna check the house in detail in VR.
Lydia doesnt wear her knickers, thats whats going on with Inigo, she stands right on top of him...😅 This Breeezehome, damn very nice, well put together and functional...now, we just need it a 6kids version or is there a switch... 🙂 Gonna go download anyways. Thx Feb, as always. 😊
I REALLY want to love this honestly it's beautiful but it suffers from a big pet peeve of mine that always happens with Breezehome mods: Why is the basement bigger than the actual house? I've never been a fan of it. Also real shame there isn't a Dragon Priest Mask mantle. No armory is complete without it.
I've often thought that if I was going to build a cellar under my RL tiny old cottage I'd try and get away with "expanding" a bit :D I'd for sure nab under the neighbours' gardens as well as my own lol! :D
Lydia has been behaving kind of weird lately. We encountered a Elder Dragon near Falkreath recently and were being attacked by vampires at the time - Lydia ran off after a vampire and I haven't seen her since.
I guess it would depend on if the original mod author allows it to be ported to other platforms. I'm sure it will be ported at some stage, assuming the original author allows it.

This home is beautiful! I am also using Whiterun, a city full of life, and have the TNF version of Breezehome..I just love its tower, among other things,,I was worried when you got into the bath as I thought your arrows would give you a shocking experience! 😅🥹😬☺️🌈🥰

The clipping on the porch wouldnt be a small issue for me. I hope theres a patch because otherwise, looks great.
I think it's Whiterun - A City Full of Life that's probably causing that so if you don't have that one installed you should be ok x
