Currently using this myself (for original skyrim), and its something else. Its cozy, it makes room for essentials as well as uniques (which is rare in small(er) homes), and it has that special gramaphone by the fireplace, where i can just sit back and read a good skyrim book. I have books in a shelf right over there that im yet to read, but i find myself reading skyrim ones for some reason. Was torn between this and Elysium Estate, but ES is far too large, i would often stumble on the now-where-did-i-put-that problem, plus the estate being out in the open (rather than in an instanced area like whiterun) means i could get out in the morning for fresh air, maybe check on things, and a dragon would be flying over my planters. Thanks for all these lovely reviews, nobody is doing them quite like you.

Perhaps the most annoying thing when my dragonborn is Breton, which is every time he's not a Nord, is that he is bibliophilic to an extreme. Raven's becomes essential. I like the look of your new game, richer colour with better light. You're doing something right. I use Luminosity Lighting Overhaul with Noble Skyrim & SE - Enhanced Saturation - Vibrant Colors. Those three simple mods make Skyrim glorious. Happy damn New Year!
I love this. I have a mod with Breezehome that has a bath and I think I could even give it up for this place. I love the greenery. And it has enough collectible spots to satisify my sickness. haha.Thanks
Nothing is too repetitous, no empty looking areas that serve no purpose. The only thing i missed was a secret passageway cellar of sorts. The centerpiece of the whole thing for me was the library style bookshelving. Gotta figure these folks have no streaming tv or internet. Hence, PLENTY of reading going on to pass time in this kingdom, as clearly shown with this mod. Not too big of a place but you did more with less. Simply remarkable. Hoping to find this on ps4 and if so I'd like to see your other work if you have any. Great job
I loooove this mod, this is actually the one I'm currently using. When I was deciding which Breezehome to get it was between this and Wind District Breezehome Reborn and even though WDBR is stunning and includes a bathroom (my fav feature as I'm sure you recall lol), this one still won out! It's just so charming and quaint and really feels lived in (but yes a bathroom would totally make this the complete package, maybe where that throne chair is might work 🤔). This even almost makes me want to get rid of Peregrine Highwatch to display my collectibles (tho probs not cuz I love my private bathroom & Japanese style hot spring! Give me a toilet and I'm happy 😆)

You know, I love my big homes/mansions/castles but I really seem to be favoring smaller homes this time. Now if only more had bathrooms... ☺️

Yes, but for some odd reason, there is a massive dirt pile that takes up half the floor. I don't know what is causing it. None of my mods conflict with it.
This makes me want to actually use Breezehome.

Lol - the TNF Expanded has a gorgeous bathroom iirc and I love the Wind District Breezehome too - lots of lovely choices for this place!
in that location, that is the best breezehome mods imo. 5 out of 5 great swords
though I wish someone would make a basement addon to this that adds a few more beds for followers, storage and children and a bath.....
even if nobody ever does, this mod still makes the shack look like a mansion.....
I thought exactly that! And then Robert told me on my FB page about some basements so I'm going to try one of those with this mod.
